Need Light Spectrum Help/Advice

so i have a 1000 and a 400watt hps light systems going right now. im about 3 weeks into flowering. just wondering, i have conversion bulbs for each system. would it be better for the plants if i switched between HPS and MH lamps? if so, how often? has anyone tried this or had any experience experimenting with switching or adding light spectrum during different stages of growth?

im sorry, i didnt understand your question, let me try again
hps gives off light in the 2700k range, a conversion hps will put out some 6500 k light as well. being that 6500 is best for veg i would advise you to use your conversion lights during veg and reg hps during flower

some say its best to have both spectrums present at both stages of growth, but others argue that flower light during veg will cause lanky plants, and veg light during flower will cause the plants to focus more on growing and less on budding.

like a noob i dropped my seedling tray and lost track of whats what, 9 are autos,(diesel ryder, vertigo, pandora) and 3 are photoperiod (barneys red cherry berry, fast line nevilles haze) im 3 weeks in so i should see soon whats an auto and whats not. the party cup is def a diesel ryder tho.
