They are tiny seedlings. You cant tell if they are hermies this early in the game. Not every cannabis plant grows exactly the same every time.

As i said in your other thread It looks like a mutation due to bad genetics

it was a free seed i got from buddah seeds,maybe ites beacuse it doesnt get enough light? cuz i only got 2 bulbs
