lol! Ernst, you crack me up dude! I'm in no way threatened by you. You entertain me, nothing more. I love your little "Attention: This reply is intended as a courtesy and nothing more". I have a really novel idea for you. Since I seem to upset you and you would rather stand in the room with your hands over your ears going "La, la, la, la!!!!!!!!" as loud as you can so you don't have to deal with anybody else's opinion, you could just ignore my posts. Hell, you could even put me on ignore, as opposed to whatever this^^^^^ crap is supposed to be. It's ok Ernst, I don't hate you. I don't even really dislike you. I think you are a lonely, and possibly slightly disturbed individual but I think that YOU think we are the ones who are off! lol! I've got bad news for your Ernst...........I just had a thorough going over by my psychiatrist. It must be you.;-)

It's either a remake of the other end of the sample or it's a waste of time.

Demographics is the exploit of choice.
Demographics relates to market geometry.

let me ask you as I asked everyone here.

What will make the 2010 No voter vote Yes?
Considering that 46% already support, it won't take that many to make a difference. What will change opinions is a much better marketing campaign.

It's not so much ears..

It's that I am skipping it. You all are masked people. False persons. Just how important do you think that makes you? I can't invest in phoney people.
That's the bottom line.. I need real people in my life so why would I waste time with those who are afraid to be real?

What are you marketing?

A TV ad bombardment about the tax revenue legalization can bring in, that can make up the difference. All we would need is 5% of voters to switch to yes and it's a done deal.

Again with the false person shit? Approximately 99% of the people at this forum are "false people" as you put it. Why waste time at this forum then? Are "false people" also the ones you disagree with? You're contradicting yourself again Ernst.:dunce:

Legal protection and shame aren't the same thing

Good Luck who ever you are.

I have finished my research here. I will now be blogging to the No Voters next.

I will be advocating No votes on all Commerce from here on out.
We all know it's a mater of time before the demographics support a remade prop 19. But, that day is not in 2012 by what i know of the statistics. Y'all are hoping there are enough people if the offer is sweetened in 2012 and you all are blind to the truth of that.
Y'all don't have a plan or a clue how to make No voters vote yes and so ignorance is your gospel.
Y'all re willing to gamble for us all with an all or nothing because the green y'all want to legalize is Money not Cannabis and you don't care about the rest of us. Especially the Cannabis green horticulture people.

MPP is projecting a 1.4% solid growth in yes voters with a maximum surge of 3% on the emotional voting for the yes side.

So as far as I can tell the side that is the winner for 2012 is the No side..

I will now share what I learned here and what I know , which is a lot if you haven't noticed, to encourage a No vote for commerce in 2012.
They still hate the hippie and commerce is just more hippie stuff.

But I offer your crew a last photo before I start my No on 2012 blogging. Who knows maybe I can convince the No people to support Horticulture in 2012..

It's the compromise both Commerce and No voters will hate but it also gives a little, since they have medical anyway they can't stop, and the Commerce folks will hate it because they will still be taking chances and there will be little market expansion.
But who cares? The Middle of the road between commerce and Nothing is Horticulture.

This is for you Dan Cone..

Thanks for teaching me what I needed to know about the greedy for-profit side. I'll be referencing much of what you wrote. It's going to be excellent for me.

Dan hit that nail right on the head. I think 19 failed (partly) because the misinformation campaign was louder than the information campaign.

ernst, that is silly. It's okay, we're supposed to be high and making fun of each other. Watch: doc and dan you jerks! See it's okay to pick on each other a little when it's meant to be fun... To begin, using our real names and pics of us is generally against ganja internet forum rules. YOU DO REALIZE WE POST OUR GROWS HERE, AND MAY NOT BE EXACTY WITHIN LIMITS? What I'm saying is that our grow shows are also "exhibit A" when it comes to the court room. I choose to use my real first name, and a pic of my dog, and I think this is a bold move considering what happened at overgrow.com. You are familiar with what went down regarding overgrow.com members being profiled and raided? Don't talk crazy, doc could have a doctor rec'd 10,000 watt personal garden for his debilitating MS, you never know.

Yeah in theory but we can't prove that sweating the pot ( pun intended ) is what will grant us that domain.

There was a round of battle here and basically we all exposed the rift between the for commerce and non-commerce approaches in the effort to secure that yes domain.
We have the Federal Government repeating their stand on no commerce to Washington and as you remember we have a 7% or more drop in a weak support when the Feds did that to us.
Add to that the media support of "the little" guy Dragon Fly and NPR and the vapor or mist we hope takes shape evaporates with the morning light of November 3rd 2012 from what I can tell.

So why are we not willing to compromise with an expanded Medical attempt.
Around here the folks are now knowing they have to allow people to grow and use cannabis so in 16 years approximately there is some thaw but nothing approaching acceptance of legal drug dealing and pot shops on main street .
I don't know really.. I am now going to try my hand at the No voter sites to see what their boot to my hind end feels like.
Perhaps I can share my experiences with you another day.

BTW that JH is a sweet cake isn't it? Do you think California will accept that considering that we voted down Prop 19 1972?

Are we so sure the demographics are there yet? or is the point to maintain control of the cycle at all costs until the demographics change?

What sucks is the division on the green.. Cash is not the green we need to ask California to vote on when we are talking about social change.

I think the people are fighting two war fronts now when they really only need a garden.

I gathered sigs for CCI.. i spend the cold days realizing that the deal is not a deal for me or the No voter. We have to give the No voter something and control over the communities is just the first step.
Wet county dry county doesn't work but horticulture is something they have to accept so why not build on that in 2012.

so, I take it you are in the camp of "just a little more."
I don't see that as a successful strategy but I do see three separate initiatives as giving the people of California a choice.
the Two option poll is a fight. If all or nothing is nothing then all the issues die with it again.

Hey I could be wrong.. Wasington may open for business and will collapse the house of cards or the US Government will enforce it's international treaty and stop commerce.
I'd bet of the Feds in that case. How about you?

ernst, that is silly. It's okay, we're supposed to be high and making fun of each other. .

Well yeah.. I just clarified for Carnne Seca in the thread on the wiki "how to fight on the internet."
Basically I was out of practice so this has been an exercise.
It's something to get down on the floor and play but we all need to do it to keep in touch with the young.

So don't buy into what has happened just move ahead with the legalization efforts.

I have a collection of material I gathered up from this experience and that is what I got out of it all.
The culture of the mask is something I have railed against since 2006 I believe. Just ask GrowKind folks about Randy High.. I didn't like the phoney friendship culture then and i hate it now.
These people shouldn't have to hide. I quit hiding a while back.
So no surprise on the anti-digital burqa stuff.

My strategy now is to take what i know and work with the No voters.

I have to abandon the Commerce efforts since it won't fly and even if it might, 'with a little more" it is a gamble that sees those making money now, still making money if it fails and the people still going to prison if it fails.

If the "A little more" isn't your position I welcome correction.

Edit..

Adding a video and a song.
I had to go to where the children play as we all should to see the future people.

This seems to go with the other so Edit #2

wow ernst. I think I smoke way too much hash to argue with you. But seriously... I am a realist. I live in the here and now. I follow politics closely. I won't waste my time on something that I believe in, if I know it has no chance, like a ron paul/jesse ventura ticket in 2012, haha. ;)

So when you come on here raging about horticultural rights, well I say we already have an idealistic never-gunna-pass initiative, and they put jack's name on it. then we have the serious camp, which is lee and the group he is working with. we don't have anything worth debating until that drops. until then, keep it hashy :)
