So far Jack H is the best advertised and there is some efforts to classify cannabis as grapes.

Any initiative that doesn't include commerce and financial incentives is a decoy initiative.

I actually think they hurt legalization efforts more than they help them. They get people excited with an "everything you want but will never have" initiative, then when a realistic initiative comes along, it looks crappy by comparison and people are unwilling to support a real shot at legalization.

Make no mistake about it. We will never have legalization unless there are financial interests to make it happen and then protect it legally when it does happen. Any initiative without commerce to back it is just a pipe dream.
