color temp of bulbs and lumens are more important than actual watts. for flowering 2700k is ideal , and the more lumens you put into her the more they will put out! gotta pic? how old is she?

those t12's are bustin out like what, 3k lumens at the most, AND NO DAMMIT, the more lights you throw in that are the same intensity doesnt make your lumencount go up, only thing that will is a higher powered, more intense bulb. you been around long enough here right? don't you understand that throughout reading threads that have been on this site will allow you to gather that lumens dont fuckin add up bra, unless you get a higher luminous bulb ;0 peace , grow on, grow dat ganja

there is no numerical answer. get as many watts (lumens really) as you can given your heat dissipation abilities.

From what I have gathered through research of CFL and Flourescent that the more you have the better, also the CLOSER the better. Proximity seems to be kings for CFL/Flourescent grows. The biggest issue you have to worry about is heat build up, if you planning on flowering flourescent you are not playing ball with the big boys vesa via, not using HID system to flower.

*Just to cover my ass from the trolls.* I am not saying that HID systems are better / worst / whatever, but fluorescents are typically a cheaper alternative for people looking to grow.

Anyways, the biggest point that I would like to get across is if you go with either CLF or flourescent make sure you have enough bulbs to cover your buds thoroughly for the best yields.
