Looking For A Good Anti Anxiety Strain

Hey WindsBlow, I feel for you, I deal with the same crap.
I put myself in a place where no one will bother me and I get paranoid and anxious about anything and everything.
Two years ago I just said I am going to keep on smoking tell I get over it.
It seemed to work after about a week, but it was kinda hell for that week.
But as usual I had to quit again.

Wondering did you smoke when you were young?
I started when I was in 5th grade and 9th to 12 grade was popped constantly till finally I got paranoid and had to quit.
Over the last 30 years have tried on and off, and usually got paranoid.

Ordered alot of Indicas this year, really have alot of hope in the DrGreenthumbs Oh!Zone, supposed to be good for anxiety.
Sweet Tooth, Sweet Dreams, ChemoIranian and Northern Lights am going to try also.

I DID SMOKE when I was younger. First time was when I was 7 but I didn't really get stoned for reals until 7 grade. I don't really get paranoid about what people think or getting caught or those sort of things. I get a racing heart and symptoms almost like a panic attack. I was cool with smoking until about 20 yearss ago I ended up in the ER trippen balls on some heavy ass ACID. Never have been able to smoke or Shroom or anything like that anymore.

Yeah that is the way it is for me, I can be in a place where there is nobody even to worry about or anything to worry about.
End up getting anxious, kinda end up trying to run from myself.

I really want to try DMT, but am somewhat afraid, but I think if I come upon it with a different mind set, not thinking about getting high, but checking out the experience.

I always will rememeber the first time I actually felt the feeling of getting high. What an absolute blissful feeling, I remember seeing the sun glistening of the leaves.
Used to have such good trips just sitting in study hall and keeping tune with the heaters.
Those were the days when they didn't care that you were buzzed.

Just thinking back now, a buddy of mine always had to be the class clown.
At noon time we had some really good hash.
We were in study hall in the library, he proceeded to open the dictionary and start taking bite fulls of pages.
Half the room was stoned. Everybody procceded to roll out of there desks laughing like hell.
My stomach hurt for the rest of the day.
God I hope my child doesn't follow my tracks.

I am sure all the LSD and the several very bad trips I had hve something to do with the fact that I get panicky smoking pot. I am hoping I will find a good strain. I am looking into Jillybean.

I've not tried jilly bean but I'm growing Vortex which has some of the same genetics. In general you want to stay away from sativa dominant strains. That said the Vortex I work with is pretty mellow for a sativa. I wouldn't recommend it for anxiety though. I haven't seen if anybody posted Blueberry as a good anti-anxiety strain or not. The pheno of Blueberry I have is very good for anxiety and depression. Very euphoric yet laid back, easygoing buzz. It smells and tastes like blueberry cake donuts! I love it!

I'm growing it right now, it smells and tastes great and is really easy to grow being my first time.
I have PTSD and GAD and have to deal with the occasional panic attack and have been treating my episodes for the past 8 months trying a variety from green crack to blue ogre and I think Jillybean may be the one for me.

I grew Dj shorts blueberry last time (2 plants) and found it to be a bit too narcotic to continue to focus on anything after. I prefer a more upbeat buzz since I tend to get a bit down after anxiety episodes.

dommia star its such a heavy indica none of that hart racing its like taking ket lol knocks u out like lol really good chill smoke. but then any plant with a high cbd rating should suit u really its the thc that makes evrything crip or tripy i quite like my tripy strains but thats me but u ever thought off making hash? that norm has higher cbd rating. all medical strains arecment to be high in cbd so id try them there on attitude bro. but black jack is a nice satavia it high in cbd too at 1.4%cbd but hope it helps abit bro. and i too smoke since i was 14 lol but i found it helped me helped slow down thinking time n stoped my paranora but since growing iv found growing diff strains stops the cripynice alot bro.

And by fishscale he means pure sweet columbian cocaine. God I love that stuff.

Thanks for the tips..... I am looking for my next grow and I haven't found anything local so I might have to ship from Europe.

anytime windsblow good luck in ur strain finding.. i wish i had a strain that did evrythin but dont think its out there lol going threw them slowey lol got 13 strains as seeds atmo plus my autos lol but good luck bro
