Bubbleponic Nirvana Bubblicious First Grow

Nice looking grow, just one question though. Isnt it kind of a waste of money to use voodoo juice while using h2o2? I also use Voodoo juice in mine since im running the AN line of fertilizers also. I was talking it over with a couple of guys at a hydro store and they said if Im going to run h2o2 then not to waste my money on the Voodoo juice since the h2o2 is going to kill the benificial bacteria you are trying to introduce, I may be wrong... anyone else have any input on this. +rep anyways looks real nice.

But i know i was using voodoo juice faithfully during veg stage..then i notice my roots had some slime so i learned that h2o2 help with that so i was using the both eventually my roots cleared up and i didn't complain. During flowering you only suppose to use voodoo juice the first 2 weeks and i didn't use h2o2 since i started flowering and my roots look fine just a lil stained from the nutes. But thanks for that information. That's why i love this site... you learn new shit everyday.

Everything is lookin great in here mate, you picked a good strain to start out with too as I found Bubblicious can take a lot of stress with grower errors and over/under feeding, she'll bounce back quite easy. I grew one last year I've attached some pic's of her for you . Don't take any real notice of flowering times from breeders notes either there just guidlines really as different phenos will go longer than others sometimes, with an indica like Bublic I'd stop feeding with nutes after week #7 and flush from there on untill shes ready for harvesting.

Thanks Skunk, I just spent the last 20 minutes back and forth from looking at your pics and then looking in my tent. I'm amazed at how much more weight they going to eventually put on. Also i was planning to stop feeding them nutes after week #8 but i'll see how they looking after week #7. And also i have read about bubblelicious having a lot of different phenos. I know i'm taking a shot in the dark by asking a fellow smoker to remember something from a yr ago lol but do you remember how the taste and high was from this strain?

Yea look into it and let me know, sometimes I think some of the people at some of the local stores around here dont know too much and just try to bullshit their way through things to make the sale. Im starting to get a little bit of brown crap on my roots but its not stinky or slimy, i think its just staining from the fertilizer(b52 and sensi part b are both pretty dark). Tbh I wasn't really blown away by it but it was a nice tasting strain. I didn't taste any bubblegum in there though it was more of a fruity tang, not strong in effect either and pretty forgettable too really. I preffered the Jock Horror over it. But Nirvana aren't very good all in all for their genetics imo. They're a good bet for starting out with though mate as the seeds are at a bargin price, so your not losing out too much if things don't work out with germination mistakes.

You was right i pretty much was wasting voodoo juice since i have been using h2o2. I'm still going to keep voodoo juice but for my next grow i'm going to get a bottle of "HYGROZYME" i read some good reviews on it. I'm bout to check out ur grow.

thats the main reason i went with nirvana cause they was reasonable priced and i didn't complain too much when i made the germination mistakes. Thanks for your honest opinion on the strain. But like you said its a lot of different phenos so i don't know how mines gonna turn out. tbh i'm not looking for the high to be mind blowing i just want a decent stash to hold me over while i grow some better genetics strains.

Still have the light schedule on 11 hour on and 13 hours off.. Plants look good. the temps and humidity are the same as the last update.. Only problem i'm having now is the reservoir is starting to have a smell. I flushed for 3 days with plain water and h2o2 and the roots turned white again but the smell was still there. i'm starting to believe i don't have a strong enough air pumps for the nutes so i'm bout to order a stronger pump. Right now i'm using two single output aquarium pumps that came with the stealth hydro kit with two 12" airstones. If you guys believe it could be something other than that please let me know.

lol Thanks.. But to be honest i would trade my nutes for more space anytime.. Its to the point i'm bout to tell my daughter that the basement is no longer her play area lol. I'm probably going to get 2 more grows outta my tent then me and wifey planning on moving early next yr. Before i started growing i always wanted a game room but now all i want is a room dedicated to growing.

I'm going to share what just happened to me..So it's 8:35 pm. It's thunder storming and lighting here. The basketball game just started (Miami vs Chicago.. GO BULLS!!!) anyway.. i'm just chilling watching the game then all of a sudden all the lights went out.. A FUCKING BLACKOUT. Of course my first concern was my plants.. it pretty much started their dark period 2 and a half hours early so i wasn't really sweating it but i decided to hold 2 flashlights on the plants and hope that the power come back on soon. After about 10 mins of holding the flashlights i realized that the air pumps was off too and that really concerned me so i pulled up a chair and started slapping and stirring the reservoir water with my hand. After about 5 mins of that i realize it wasn't really creating bubbles so i unhooked the air tube from the pump and started to blow.. it was better than nothing. But here where it get funny.. My wife walk into the room and she shine her flashlight on me and ask me what am i doing. I explain to her that i needed to give my plants oxygen since the air pumps not working. She just bust out laughing and say " You giving your plants a blowjob!?!" LOL i couldn't help it but to laugh. I spent the last 45 mins giving my plants a blowjob until the power finally came back on. I'm definitely going to invest in a generator cause that shit was not cool. It seem like my plants suffered a little nute burn during the blackout. Hopefully they recover and everything turn out fine.

I'm sure they will be fine though. I have lost power a couple times and mine are doing fine.
