6 Days Since Order from Attitude, No Email?

Is this something i should be worrying about? They said they'd send me a confirmation email or somethin, but i never got it. I did register on the website as well, i put my email and password in and says login failed, i click forgot password enter my email and it says they sent an email to me, but i never got it :(. Anything to worry about, should i just chill and wait for my seeds?

i would email/telephone them asap mate.

you should get an automated email with your order details as soon as your payment goes through.

i placed an order myself today and got my email confirmation to say that my order is in their system.

Well fuck, i emailed them aswell like a day after i ordered wondering where my confirmation email was, they never emailed me back.... i think my email might be fucked up or somethin.

If you log in to Attitude, go to My Account at the top of the page. Then go to Order History, you should see a confirmation there if you didn't get the email. You should also get an email when they ship the seeds too.

I wish i could login....... I don't know what happened when i was making my account, maybe i put my password in wrong? That just doesn't seem right tho..... There's an account with my email, but i don't know the password :(.

Have you been checking your spam folder??? Try and click on Forgot my Password, and then check your spam folder. If it doesn't appear, then I would try and create a new account, and email them with the new account.

How did you pay for the seeds?

I payed with my debit card, and would creating a new account work? I emailed them 2 more times yesterday still haven't received anything.


Edit: Just checked my email, they messaged back with my tracking number, thanks for all the input guys :). They also gave me a new password for my account, happy days :D.
