Had Nice Visit from Police Yesterday

had 4 plain clothes knock my door, i opened they rushed in and searched arrested intent to supply!! took less than 2 oz i had just harvested know more than a week ago, still kinda drying/curing the wankering pricks. no warrant just a smell of a fresh few spliffs lingering the air. didnt know they could do that at all. thought they needed a warrant. so my question is, are they going to return next few days and seize my tv pc, value items etc? they left it all and im worried if they may return, paid alot of money for some of it, they got my phone aswell

they already smashed my carbon filter, ripped the ducting and cut the plug from my inline fan!!!! why? i understand the smashing and ripping, but cutting a plug off a fan??? cmon the dumb pricks, not a clue these guys, seized £270 in notes but left me with maybe £100 in £1 coins and 20seeds, grow tent survived intact as did the small things like temp, fan controller and drying box complete with small buds. all gone now, smoked it the second i got back hehehe, ill never learn.

i have no clue about the laws of saudi arabia, but like most ME countries, they can probably get away with whatever they want.

About your question, usually when they 'recover' drug proceeds they do it right at the bust. Anyone with any knowledge of seizure laws would say those physical items are safe. Your bank account/safe boxes are another story.

They had probable cause as soon as you opened the door. They smelled they came ran threw your shit and left. Lesson of the day is talk threw your door or lock your outside glass door if you have one. Not sure about English law but you fucked yourself by opening the door. I used to the pizza delivery dude deliver threw the window. Not because I was paranoid just lazyness but don't open your door to nobody you don't know.

I would just leave mate, I plan to do the same thing where I am as we speak, I did not have the same issue but someone suspects. I am also in the UK. The laws are repressive but many still fly under the radar. Good luck!

I was busted in the UK in a similar fashion, but the CID guy said that he was entering my property under the suspicion of smelling MJ. Now believe it or not, the UK is classed as being in Europe, although as the OP (original poster) said, it uses the GBP/£, not the EURO/€. Now I lived in Scotland which also has different laws from England, even though it is in the UK, but I woudl say in your case a fairly similar set of laws. Even if you say the police didn't have a warrant, they will say they could smell drugs and entered the property on that basis. Have you been charged with cultivation? What exactly are your charges? Sounds to me like a half arsed job, the feds took absolutely everything related to growing when I got nabbed. Get a lawyer, plead guilty to possession and you'll probably get a fine, or a caution if you don't have previous. Unless someone is snitching on you they have no proof of Supply.

i think the filth were ment to go home 10mins after arresting me so they kinda rushed it, and no, no charges relating to cultivation as i wasnt growing at the time, they just took the buds in the container, but said they couldnt be arsed to book all the gear etc in, i am speaking to a solicitor soon, i gave a no comment interview, so not too bothered about that, its just the possesion with intent

I'm not sure if it applies where you live but my lawyer said never answer the door for a cop. If they have a warrant they will come in, if not, then their French frog asses can sit outside.
