About 40min? He was probably scared to death and screaming at his lackeys. They dropped down 45min before he got shot. 1hr before he got shot? He was probably on high alert because they where circling over his compound, but that's not to unusual, he was right around the corner from a training facility. A few hours before? He was probably eating dinner.
