Here Is my little Problem? She has enough light! What can be wrong here. It only happens towards the end of her day cycle! Please help will get rep++

Of course you always need more light its like coke, women and fast cars MORE MORE MORE. The plant looks fine for what you are using for light.

Well this is an AUTOFLOWER: Budda Seeds; Deimos Fem. Its a free seed I recieved when I purchased from Attitude Seed Bank! I figure I should grow the free seeds first before I start to grow the seeds I paid for! Plus the other seeds are going to take months to grow, White Widow, Black Widow and White Castle. Thats why I'm growing the autoflowers first, I NEED WEED.........................

Might want to measure the temps at the plant, seeing that the lights are so close. When the leaf fringes start sticking up like that... sign they can't transpire enough for the heat.
You also do have some abnormal leaf patterns... the soil/nute mix is off... micro issues bro... likely pH related.

Plants look fine man they are nice and green and really do not show any kind of stress. I think you are good.
I'd keep an eye on your temperature and humidity. The leaves raising up and folding in like that can be a sign of the first stage of heat stress and moisture stress. The plant is trying to adjust the leaf surface area to compensate. This is only if you are getting raised leaves with a V. If they are just raised and perky that's a solid indicator everything's ok.

if you are that worried about light you can put a low watt cfl right on top of it, missed if you said how far away the light is. It looks healthy enough, you said you changed spectrums are you on 5500+k? Autoflowers can live off 2700k their whole life from what I hear but the higher can make them grow up faster. Also, if it only happens at the end, consider dropping the night schedule altogether and putting a fan on it? Just some thoughts I figured I'd throw out.
