If you hold the battery in for 20 seconds without sucking the herb would most likely get scorched.
If it fills with vapor after 20 seconds you will find that the vapor was most likely smoke, kinda the opposite of what you are trying to achieve using a vape.

Press for 3 or 4 seconds, suck for a similar amount of time while still pressing, rinse and repeat.

You may think that you are not getting a hit but believe me it will catch up with you quickly.
Alright, from what I understand its an acquired technique? And this is quite the opposite from burning the weed, how much smoke you exhale doesn't determine your hit?

You shouldn't be exhaling any "SMOKE" when using the vape, I have smoked inside a crowded shopping mall - no smoke, no burnt weed smell, just a little scent of fresh buds wafting along behind me.

Definitely a technique, but it is easy to get it right.

... and the best thing about the Magic Flight is the lifetime idiotproof guarantee - even if you do stupid shit with it and break it, they will replace it (whether you bought direct or whether you bought from eBay - doesn't matter).

Ordered it Saturday night still not here. Fucking USPS NEVER updates the mailing information so I am not sure I'll receive it by Thursday morning :(

It got here at 2:38 PM! I tested it around like 7. I would hold the battery in for like 15 seconds then when I felt the warm vapor (or so I thought) I would inhale it and hold it for a little then go right into another hit. I didn't feel anything nor was I sure if I was getting the vapor in, until about 10 minutes later it hit me. I am still feeling a little buzz after like 2 and a half hours. Any comments, was I doing it wrong? I didn't use the tube I took it directly from the box. Also, out of the 4 batteries when I put one of them on the charger it bleeps once then does nothing? Also, how can I tell when the batteries are fully charged?

Congrats on getting your new toy.

I usually hold the battery in for about 5 seconds before slowly inhaling - less chance of overheating the herb that way.
Shake her up and go again, and again until the taste tells you that it is depleated.

Because there is little or no VISIBLE vapour you can mistakenly think that you are not getting a hit, but as you found out - 10 mins later ... whammo :-)

No idea about the beeping charger with that one battery, my batteries seem to hold different amounts of "charge" - the little orange glow from the flight box is the only indication of how "charged" they are. Brighter = more charge.

I don't use the tube either - I find it less hassle without it.

Any recommendation for a battery ugrade? I heard something about some 15 minute charge batteries or something?

Different batteries have a slightly different diameter, some are a little loose and the "contact" isn't efficient.

Batteries in Australia may not be the same brand as other countries. I use Energiser rechargeable (2450 mAh rated capacity) and if you have several batteries you don't need to charge often.

WARNING: do not put the battery in your pocket with your keys without the protective end cap on the battery. It will burn you and probably ruin a battery, but the important thing is it will really burn you.

Erm... Why would it burn me? Also, how come I can get high for a lot more hours when using a vape and a lot smaller amount of weed get's me high.

The wrapping on the battery (which is removed for the Flight Box) prevents the sides of the battery from conducting the power. With no wrapping, the sides can complete a circuit with the top of the battery very easily.

Stuff a peeled battery in your pocket with your keys, it will get very hot quite rapidly and it definitely will burn you if you don't get it out quickly ... been there done that.
