Cannabis is rights are dying

How can it be "cannabis freedom for all Californian's" when you completely ignore the rights of the people who buy their cannabis? They make up the majority.
Define majority.

My definition is all Californians.

What is yours?

I trust you won't limp noodle when the questions get hard.

Unlike you, I don't respond to tough questions with sleezy insults.

The majority of people in California don't grow 200 pounds of cannabis for their own personal "horticulture". The majority of cannabis smokers buy their cannabis. You deny them a right to buy their cannabis. If it's being made legal, why wouldn't it be legal to buy and sell it? That's part of legalization.

If it's still illegal for Californian's to buy cannabis, then it's not really legal at all. The majority buy their cannabis, not grow it. Why are the majority less deserving of their rights than you are?

Go ahead, ignore my questions and instead lets here some more repetitive spamming or even better insults. That only proves me right.

You need to simplify for me the question is singular.

I will draw from this display and avoid all the distractions you laid down as decoy answers.

You didn't define the majority of Californians as far as I can tell.

You tap danced around the thing trying not to look like a limp noodle.

Again I define a majority of Californians as all Californians.

What is your define of a majority of Californians?

It's simple and it won't cost you any points to agree with me unless you are all bout playing games.

You are a fucking nutcase.
You are not responding or answering my questions you are just kicking me when you can.
No honor. No points. So what is wrong with you.
One day you are bouncing all over this forum flirty and gay and today you are uptight and vicious.

What is up with you?

I guess my "define" of the majority of Californians would be 51% of the people in California. Your law protects the rights of people who want to grow on an unlimited scale. That's about 0.0001% of the population, not 51%.

It's not even protecting the majority of the cannabis community. The overwhelming majority of the cannabis community buys their cannabis, they do not grow it.

Now that I've answered your questions, please answer mine.

Why are the overwhelming majority of the cannabis community who buy their cannabis less deserving of legalization than you?

Why would the majority of Californians vote for something that protects Ernest and has little to no benefit to them?

It's simple and it won't cost you any points to agree with me unless you are all bout playing games.
Wait, what? Why would I agree with you when I think you're wrong and harmful to the legalization process?

I'll be waiting for http://www.cannabispolicyreform.org/ their proposal, because they are actually serious about legalization unlike you.

If you notice, he started off seriously listening to what you had to say, giving you a fair chance, just like many people here. But you're incoherent spamming has lost the support of pretty much everyone here.

For months he has been specifically advocating a ballot measure that does not allow people to legally buy cannabis. He apposes legalization that contains language making it legal to buy/sell cannabis.

I enjoy seeing his posts its hope that we can change the stupid law on mother mary.
We all want that brotha. Luckily for us George Soros has donated money to a legalization group to get it on the ballot in 2012. The counsel is still writing the ballot measure from what I can tell, but getting the money to get it on the ballot is the hard part, and they've got that covered.

Keep an eye out for future information on this here:

I have always supported all forms of legalizing. I have taken the position of splitting the efforts up so when one part is voted down the others have a chance.
If there are three efforts then one may pass. If any passes it makes the others more possible IMO,

What in the hell is you problem. I'm serious..

Is it that I take the spot light off of you? I have no clue.

Yes A man stands for what he believes in. What is your problem?

Seriously! I stand up for what I believe.

Look what is bothering you? I am out of guesses here.
I would say it's safe to assume it's the same problem the rest of us have with you. You are acting in your own self interests, are annoying the piss out of the rest of us with your condescending tone and your taunting with the "fake person" bullshit. I highly doubt anybody is jealous of you Ernst. I take pity on you, I don't envy you. :-(

Majority is 50%+1. Period. Are Californians a minority? No. They are a group. And a majority of that group means 50%+1. All Cali Republicans and Democrats are Californians, but that doesn't make them both a majority. By the rules of logical math anyways. 50%+1 of Californians constitutes a majority. 100% constitutes the electorate.

That would be a voting majority am I correct?

We can also say that all Californians are a majority can we not?
Giving all Californians the right to do something that 0.0001% of Californians want to do is not the same as proposition that benefits all Californians.

Ok. Now that I've answered your questions very throughly, you can answer mine.

Why are the overwhelming majority of the cannabis community who buy their cannabis less deserving of legalization than you?

Why would the majority of Californians vote for something that protects Ernest and has little to no benefit to them?
