You're probably thinking of once you are into the drying process. You don't want air flow directly on your harvested buds.

Air flow on your plants will cause bigger, healthier stalks so long as it isn't a massive air flow. You want some movement in your leaves/branches etc.

interesting question, maybe someone will read it and answer for us...
NO

It will not negatively effect its growth or cause any sort of stress to his plant

figured the question was answered with us saying it needed air flow and that it will HELP strengthen his stem / stalk

Do not blow it directly on your plants, but rather let the moving air bounce off a nearby wall or something solid. Wind increases transpiration rate which plants with developing roots may not be able to handle appropriately and become overly dry, hence you want a breeze hitting them rather than directly. The moving air serves a purpose of allowing a better air exchange and prevents mold during flowering, strengthening of the stalk caused by the wind is rather miniscule if not a myth.

i have 2 small 10 inch fans inside my flowering room...one was directly blowing on the plants.... i started noticing that the leaves was kind of burning up... YES!!! THERE IS A SUCH THING AS WIND BURN... ANYWAYS I POINTED THE FAN TO A WALL AND NOT DIRECTLY AT THE PLANT.... I HAVENT HAD THIS PROBLEM EVER SINCE... YES U NEED AIR FLOW BUT U ALSO NEED TO BE CAREFUL NOT TO BLOW IT DIRECTLY AT THE PLANT...

Exactly! Small movement, not blown over. Escessive transpiration can lead to leaves drooping. Not sure about wind/stem myth.
