Plants Always Wilt and Die Under Cfl

there are more than a few issues you could be having but for sure check your temp. I have had heat stress issues with cfls. They can get your temp up higher than you want it .
no its a cupboard in my room, in my dresser, doors is always open so air goes in and out. Going to leave the plant away from light see if she can get better. i think i will grow my remaining seeds outside so i don't have more problems. Only get 12 and half hour of sun all year round so i guess that will have to do

It's not the ffof. If the leaves nearest to the bulb are the problem maybe it's too close or sometimes touches the light. If it's bottom leaves it could be that the leaves just aren't getting enough light down there at the bottom. If you're indoors with a fan and the cabinet door open heat isn't a likely cause...unless the bulbs are too close. Post some pics. It would also help to know the age of the plant, type of soil, feeding schedule, and ph to rule out nutrient concerns.

i dotn think cfls are your problem i grow nice frosty buds with them leaves turning brown could be other reasons post pic of your setup

Hey i had a similar problem, i used ffof and it burned my plants.
I got cfls on my plants 2, i switched to MG and the problem went away =).

most places have seed starting mix jus use that till there 2-3 weeks

if I was you I would just buy some good black earth and mix in half perlite

Hi,
If yer plant has a soil problem, ya gotta fix that first. About the lamps, well, No offense to you, but about CFLS, they are sucky. They make a lot of heat on your plant at the tube, and they dn't have enough lumens to make your plant grow at optimum levels. Some people have CFLS, but you have to balance many factors to get those crappy CFL lamps to make your plant thrive. I use LED 3 watters. LED or HID lights are the way to go, if you want to bring a smile to your face every day when you come home from work to see your little marijuana puppies growing happily in your grow tent, under some HID or LEDs, NOT FLUOROS... IMO
Sorry to anyone that loves CFLS. I used 'em before, but LEDs definately penetrate more. Get 3 watt or 5 watt, they will penetrate a 36 inch canapy
