RON PAUL WARNED 9/11 WOULD HAPPEN

Texas Congressman Ron Paul (for decades) warned America that an attack like that which occurred on September 11th, 2001 would happen if our government didn't change its foreign policy. They never changed it, and 9/11 happened. It's time to elect a real leader of true intelligence and integrity. Don't allow our government to keep letting overseas hatred for America to build, which could eventually result in another cataclysmic terrorist attack! Elect Ron Paul as President of the United States in 2012!!

I think if Ron Paul actually won the primary and it was him vs Obama that he could take it. The primaries are a harder win for him because he isn't actually a republican. America is tired of policing the world, we are tired of fighting wars in other countries, we are tired of supporting people we don't like or care simply because they hate us a little less than their neighbor. Ron Paul is the one person who would actually stop this.

Who could Ron Paul pick as a VP? It would have to be someone the right is excited about. Someone who would inspire the conservative base. I

people are not born wearing a clan outfit, genius.

restaurants still reserve the right to refuse service to anyONE, not entire blocks of people.

too easy.
Not surprisingly, you missed the point little child. In one instance you think it's okay for someone to be able to make their own decisions. Then in another that person is not capable of making decisions so you need government. First you say leave it up to the business then you say leave it up to government. Which is it? You can't have both. Inconsistency is a theme in your posts.
It's okay to stop someone if they are a muslim, or a christian, or a klansman but when their skin color is involved it's a different story? You need to think this through. Quit forcing yourself on others. Learn the difference between a right and a choice. Quit forcing your beliefs on others, telling them who they can or cannot do business with. Haven't you learned force accomplishes little and sometimes the direct opposite.

Racism is a repugnant and a defect of the heart. Society through morality lessons that evil. Government is not moral. Haven't you learned yet?

all VERY good questions. i think you start to answer this in your next reply (based on the personal beliefs of the owner) and i would venture to extend it into another thing you touched upon, which is if it impinges on the rights of others.

empirical evidence proves otherwise. there were plenty of shops before the civil rights act that had no problem staying in business with a 'no blacks' sign on the door.

like a lot of libertarian principles, it sounds good on paper..."the free market will sort it out". but it works out differently in reality.

sorry to be so civil. i will amp it up to increase interest at the next possibility.
empirical evidence. plenty of shops really??? lmao. One is too many but again you missed the point. You need to research instead of repeating talking head points based on emotions and not facts. So even though minorities were "rising in rank" you say differently all because a store banned minorities. I'm different than you in that I believe in the people. I also KNOW people do not accept things as readily when it is forced upon them.

“The rise in the number of blacks in professional and technical occupations in the two years from 1964 to 1966 (after the Civil Rights Act) was in fact less than in the one year from 1961 to 1962 (before the Civil Rights Act). If one takes into account the growing black population by looking at percentages instead of absolute numbers, it becomes even clearer that the Civil Rights Act of 1964 represented no acceleration in trends that had been going on for many years. The percentage of employed blacks who were managers and administrators was the same in 1967 as in 1964 — and 1960. Nor did the institution of ‘goals and timetables’ at the end of 1971 mark any acceleration in the long trend of rising black representation in these occupations. True, there was an appreciable increase in the percentage of blacks in professional and technical fields from 1971 to 1972, but almost entirely offset by a reduction in the percentage of blacks who were managers and administrators.

Having 4 posts on a weed forum has very little to do with knowing history. I'm sure there are lots of college professors who teach history who have never posted on this forum. In fact, Id guess most of them haven't. What I said was correct. If you can't accept that, then it's your problem.
If you can't tell when someone changes their name on this forum you are dumber then I thought...no one joins a weed forum and the first day they join their first and only posts is on the political side of the forum...yeah right ...sure its not you ???? and no I don't believe shit you say and its not a problem to me for I know the truth, so you just keep trying to change Hi(s)story to yourstory. OBAMA 2012

Obama?
Really?

Might want to look into his administration; and what hes pushing in his bills to destroy your country, look a little more then skin deep when you vote and the outcome is completely different for where that vote might go.

but..I guess the the news running Obama 'killed' Osama non-stop has done its job; Obama killed OBL, guess democrats need another vote everyone; News will keep those same stories running for the next few months. We know how stupid the masses are when it comes to getting informed, then we all forget everything else that has happened.

Average voter -- I voted 'blank' because of all the lawn signs, CNN, and and I like the color "blank".

If only the masses were smart..look at us up here in Canada, idiots voted a contempt government into majority (Masses are beyond stupid, i'm ashamed of those people). We now have the most undemocratic, pro-company government in power for the first time in Canadian history. We might as well be a dictatorship with Harper at the helm.

Ron Paul would be the only good 'for the people' president you've had for the past two generations easily.

you speak as if you know me...I have looked deeply at Obama..his family...admin...and still find an honest man trying to do whats right for the country...Now some things I do disagree with for it would be very difficult for me to agree with everything anyone does, but on the whole I like my POTUS and think he is doing a very good job in difficult times....I have posted a list of the accomplishments of Obama if you like I could post it again ( with some new additions)...OBAMA 2012

and for the record some things Ron Paul said I like, but his view of the civil rights vote of 64 makes me say no to him..and thats a BIG HELL NO...again OBAMA 2012

I just don't see how anyone could vote for the same guy who has lied countless times to reach the oval office. His campaign in 2008 was almost strictly about the ILLEGAL wars we were in, and he PROMISED to end them and bring our troops home. 3 years later, millions more spent (that we don't have, and borrow from china), and he has launched us into more wars, more spending, and more debt. When is enough enough people?? And forced Government healthcare on top of that.. How can anyone support this out of control government, and the power it is gaining over the people day after day??

75% of Americans want an end to all these wars, and spending, but does the government listen to the people???? NO how can you promote democracy when you don't even have it in the US?

Here we go with the "you're un-American if you vote for Obama" bullshit. Bush got us into this cluster fuck and Obama is doing everything he can to get us out. Unlike you, he realized that "getting out of the wars" isn't as easy as everyone thinks. He's had a lot of shit to deal with and is doing a wonderful job. All this mud slinging does is show how desperate the GOP is to not let Obama get the credit he deserves.

Wow... Obama 2012? I don't see how anyone could come to this logical conclusion. He's a one term president. We as a nation learned a very valuable lesson that we tend to need every few decades. I can't wait until this election cycle. If there was a snowball in hell chance Paul could win the primary then we would be in good shape. I JUST DON'T SEE IT HAPPENING, and I am a supporter!

turns out pulling out of wars aint as easy as you think. with another 4 years under obama things could definately change for the better. no one can ever tell me whatsa he's doing wrong except "he lied" its not that he was lying. he was speaking of what he wanted to do. until he got into office and realized
1. its not his decision.
2. it sure as hell wont be easy, by a military definition.

from a miltary standpoint, pulling out of wars is incredibly hard. and war is expensive, but alot of your favorite republicans are makin money off of it. they dont wanna get out and yes we are run by "big corporation" not solely our presidente. i mean why didnt bush bring us home after 8 years? and no new wars have been started. libya is not a war, and if it was we aiont involved so, oh well.
