Actually Rhode Island, Arizona and a couple of other states accept out-of-state cards. I just wasn't sure if Cali followed suit.

Im coming in from the SE, and those prices you all are stating are good here. I can get some very nice stuff, a lot from CO, but $50-$70 is the price window. More times than not, its around $50, but would love to get better quality for the same price or maybe less.
