Seeds Confiscated by US Customs

I don't know dude, I would order it to elsewhere, like I did last time my shit got confiscated, just as a precaution, but then I also got guaranteed shipping with everyonedoesit. All I did was email them and I had the replacements within a fortnight, pretty good, but thats just my 2 cents.

It looks like the Tude maybe done. It sucks cause they had the best selection and decent prices, Off to Sannie. Does anyone have any suggestions for a bank with the selections the tude has?

With the Federal government remember that shipment is coming through an international border so it is subject to inspection. But it's hit or miss as some gets through. Package design and country of origin matter too. There isn't a government "pothead" taking seeds lol, they are taken out afterbeing pulled from an X-ray machine, its opened and if illegal contraband is within its taken and later destroyed. Same as any copyrighted materials or intellectual infringement. (Nikes, DVDs, watches etc) They aren't concerned with the end-user as mail could be sent to anyone without their knowledge. Anything or anyone going through an international border has no expectation of privacy!!

Do you think it is safe to order to the same name and address again? I want to place another order but I am skeptical about using my name and home address again.

this is nothing new you should have been notified by a card or letter in place of the seeds

I got the same one as you twice from the same Chicago Port. They must have flagged my address. I am done ordering seeds internationally.

hmm this is weird.. I just ordered some from attitude (after 4/20) like a few weeks ago and they all came in with the t-shirt. Maybe it was a temporary thing since it was around 4/20 who knows.
but at the same time posts like this make me kinda want to start producing seeds and not order anymore..

I dont think u should order under same name and address. You dont know if it was luck or whatever that made customs confiscate your seeds, and you dont know if u were put on a list as a potential drug grower. For fucks sake dont use same add if your growing indoor!!
Also try to buy from canada and uk, not holland, as not many packages come in the country from tiny holland, they probably go thru the scanner xray machine with more interest from customs than uk,canada etc.

What is actually the legality of seeds. I always thought as long as they were labeled as souviners they were not illegal.

I probably am way of base with this thought process.

I have sent seeds by post across US border and never gave it a thought.

I would use another addy and friends name and if it happens again its the seed package and origin. remember the Netherlands are where most Ecstasy is made! This brings up more scrutiny no?

My order from Attitude on 4/20 just arrived but all I got was a T shirt and empty packs of seeds. US Customs confiscated all the seeds but just left the the empty packs and the T shirt. Do you know if it is safe to order seeds to the same address and name, or does the Customs keep track of the address and names of previously confiscated packages to search all packages? Also what happens if you order thru Attitude and pay extra for the stealth shipping and only receive a T shirt and no seeds? Will Attitude send you another shipment since you only received your T shirt and no seeds from their guaranteed shipping?

Well, if you have the customs papers with t-shirt and empty packs, you are in good shape. If you just have a tshirt and empty seeds w/o customs paper, you are probably full of it.

But ive done both the attitude and herbies, and will try sannies. Sannies stuuf looks great and you would be very hard pressed to find too many negative reports on him out of thousands. Hes an independant breeders that works on great genetics of other breeders. Hes got an f7 jack herer, called sannies jack.Great sativa. In fact, go check out his indica and sativa mix. 12 seeds in each mix, 4 seeds each of 3 different genetics. Like some other independant breeders, his response time to emails is fast and he actually backs up his guarentees, none of this "we will replace it next time you order " bs

heres my 2 cents. if u have a med card, i would feel fine reordering. if i didnt, i would ask a buddy to order them and give him a lil something for helping out. if i had no friends that enjoy smoke or paper, then i would try making one last very small order and from there i would make my own seeds.

i always try to avoid large orders because i feel that the more shit there is, the more likely it is to been seen, and the less likely it is to be replaced if confiscated

of all my orders the past few years this was my only one to be scooped , i feel like i've been very lucky, as far as the pre paid cards . the feds aren't spending the time and manpower to prosecute people for shipping seed , its not a controlled substance
