Strong Plants

So i packed up all the seedlings(4 nodes) into backpacks and headed out to go plant....long story short, i left 6 of them inside one of the backpacks, and i had totally forgot about it. The backpack was now just sitting in a dark closet for the next 3 weeks.

Then i started to pack things to go out and plant the 2nd wave of babies, and i looked into the backpack and was like HOLY SHIT i forgot about them. They lost most of their leaves and the dirt in the beer cup was completely dry for weeks.

So i said what the hell, ill bring them with me and throw them in the dirt.

2 weeks later all 6 of them are healthy, bigger, and green again.

now im hopen they dont go hermi

i had no idea this was possible, blew my mind man

thats pretty cool. are they the same strain as the others? id say they sucked nutrients from the leaves until they got light again. i had no idea they could live that long though. especially since theyre in a closed backpack with no airflow/water

I wouldn't worry about hermieing, at least not from that incident.

I wasnt sure if i wanted to admit to forgetting about 6 seedlings lol but i did for the sake of learning.

All of these were random seeds i have no idea where they came from, so they were all different strains. I realized that if i needed to hide seedlings sometime, its not even a big deal just seal them in a box put them in the attic/bury them underground. The water and earth just breathed life back into them.

You can be creative with this. If you start in beer cups you can just put another beer cup on top of that and tape it, then stick as many as you can in there. Gym bags work well if you have many, you can just grab some cardboard boxes, i find that beer bottle 12 packs work well(drink beer first), put seedlings in the 12 pack cardboard boxes, and then put the boxes in the gym bag, and go to your sight.

( Even though I know that these days, it's not really a weed anymore, it's finely tuned genetics grown to perfection ) Thought I better say that before some troll comes along amd corrects me!! haha
