I decided to research it a little a while ago and remembered this great video I saw on itI wonder if catnip gets cats high? because i just read a thing on wikipedia, I quote, "The common behaviors that are observed are: rubbing on the plant, rolling on the ground, drooling, sleepiness, anxiety, or consuming much of the plant."
Now, tell me that doesn't sound like cats getting high?
Aw crap! i never thought about THAT! Meow, meow, meow, meow, meow, all the time, day and NIGHT! Not from our cat but all the strays! And spraying. Oh man, my babies!!!! I'll move the catnip to the farthest corner of the yard.
Hehe its actually good for my nieses and nephews, all the neighborhood cats who come arent stra I dont think and if they are it doesnt really matter, the kids run around and have their own names for all the cats who visit. Lol its a good past time for them I think.. I could see how it could develope a problem though for some people :/ Theres only like 4 cats who even come to it

Sometimes on very special days I will fell a shoe box with catnip on the bottom, stuff my kitty in there and close it for like 5 minutes, then exhale all my smoke in through a hole. And my cat then comes out the most lovable creature in the world lol He purrs while hes in there too so its not like against his will, sometimes he just lays in the shoebox I always use the same one

Watch out! You might get in trouble for talking about that. But yeah, my stoner dog loves itMy mom bought 200gr of dried catnip for our cat and I stitched a toy up for it with the catnip in it. It seemed interested and smelt it and lay by it but wasn`t all that fussed or effected by it, maybe its becuase it was dried catnip I thought. No idea though. I think they are all supposed to get high from it.
I also read that catnip gives you a mild high when smoked, I bared its taste and got a buzz of it one night.. Nothing worthwhile though
Has anyone here hotboxed a cat? My friend had this big ginger tomcat and it came lay down on the bed with us one night. We blazed 3-5 spliffs and noticed the cat wasn`t responding to touch or even prodding after! My friend decided to let him out in the fresh air, picked the cat up in his arms and its head was hanging over my friends forearm with its tongue hanging out LOL He placed it in front of the door and it went on its own way with some strange meow sounds
I never understand whats the temptation with getting animals stoned but its just there

LOL! i'm trying top find a Rasta beanie for her. She(Molly) likes it only occasionally from what i gather but she's ALWAYS mellow as hell. When i get the least bit of tension in my voice she just walks away. She hates drama and it's a great reminder to me that i should just take a deep breath(smoke-filled of course) and chill. Her mom was an akc black lab but lived in the country and ran free so we aren't really sure who daddy is. Chico, her best buddy other than me, is half chihuahua(LOL!SP?) and terrier. Cool mix but DAMN he's got some energy!ive always imagined what it'd be like having a stoner dog . . . just like in half baked
