As I read through this thread, and realized most of the anger focused at the Gov, and the courts. I wonder how in the world could this country and it's people not want a guy like Ron Paul in office. If you're a Dem, look past the fact that he's Republican, and research him and his presented policies towards most of these issues discussed in this thread. Sure some of you will disagree, but we are at a point in modern civilization where if we don't get a guy like him in office, you can kiss this country's ass good bye imo...

While i would like to agree with you, its just not true. We HAVE elected people in the past that we thought would be our god send. Not one of them turned out to be. Obama, imo isn't even on that list, but for some he is.

I checked my states laws and found that indeed my state uses the same language. "Articles intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment or prevention of disease in man or other animals".
According to my religion I was created in the likeness of god, therefore I cannot be an animal and the law cannot apply to me.

People are being stripped of the rights our forefathers fought for and we are letting them get away with it. That is how Home grown terror grows. Once one of these terror cells gets wind of this stuff, to them it is a green light to prove that whom ever upheld that illegal search is un american. Validating their crazed ideas. I do not condone or suggest terror in any form. I would recommend voting those out who are not with us. Register and vote it is real easy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will begin making my own assumptions of you as you make of me and i believe that your beliefs are in evolution and the so called big bang!!! What stupid asshole would believe that all of a sudden, out of no where, this enourmous explosion took place and gave rise to all that we see today...

If you are sooo smart, then why havent humans evolved to become the superior being? Isnt evolution natural selection, only the strong dominant traits tend to continue and evolve into better more efficient organisms? Why hasnt the human body evolved to recover from fractures or broken bones faster or sprains and strains of the joints, ligaments and tendons and surrounding musculature?

And also, here is one for you to think about, so if evolution did exist, then why did the wooly mamoth die? it died and the only desendents from it are the small elephants we have today. Wouldnt it be, that if evolution did exist, that these organisms would have evolved into much larger creatures so that they would fend off their predators? Why did the crocidile evolve into a smaller reptile rather than some extremely large killing machine? Why havent whales evolved the capability to not surface for air and have fully functional lungs underwater?

Dude, please explain all of that? If you do, i will be a forever changed man!!!

ummm well first off I don't believe in evolution like some kind of religion, I am agnostic with christian leaning, meaning I do not believe in religion but I do believe god could exist, who am I or anyone to say god doesn't exist? The 'christian leaning' part is because I was raised christian and it makes the most sense to me. Evolution does exist there is evidence for it but evolution doesn't have all the answers and does not disprove god in my belief. Big bang is also not evolution, I don't believe in the big bang theory but maybe I am wrong, to sum it up I am not so arrogant or ignorant to think I have all the answers or that mankind has all the answers, and finally just for clarification I am not gay, sorry to disappoint you.

Im sorry if I was mistaken and im glad you are.not gay! Im just hoping that cs can explain to me that which I asked him. Knowing the genius that he is, he will have quite a good reply. I too have similar beliefs as you, but I just dont believe evolution exist.

I tnhink it is more stages of adaptations an organism under goes throughout its life. You, see what do we do when we are placed under stress? Our body and through physiological processes undergo adaptations to accomodate the stress. In order for continued living we must adapt to the environment.
