Is This Marijuana Pot that Came Up from Last Year? Help Please

I had a few weak plants from a mid bag seed and I am trying to make sure this is what I think it is.
I planted a really weak plant 2 years ago I think it ended up being male I harvested it to early I did not know what the hell I was doing and did not go down in that area last year. View attachment 1617543
Could it be seed from last years plant i did not know was down there. I am just trying find out what I am dealing with. I also threw out some seeds there 2 years ago and last year I dont remember specifically. The plants are in low sunlight like hardly any direct sunlight. Thanks in advance for helping anyone.

Hate to be the guy to go all negative on you but I am betting that is not a marijuana plant.....certainly looks like one but I think it is not because if you get as close of a look as you can at the center of the plant there seems to be 2 leaves I can see that wrap around the stock 360 degrees.....those leaves look almost like umbrellas......I personally have never seen any marijuana plant with this type of leaf growth.....could be wrong but if I had to bet I would bet it is something close maybe in the hemp family but not what you are looking for.

Hate to be the guy to go all negative on you but I am betting that is not a marijuana plant.....certainly looks like one but I think it is not because if you get as close of a look as you can at the center of the plant there seems to be 2 leaves I can see that wrap around the stock 360 degrees.....those leaves look almost like umbrellas......I personally have never seen any marijuana plant with this type of leaf growth.....could be wrong but if I had to bet I would bet it is something close maybe in the hemp family but not what you are looking for.

I have found that some pot plants have 3 leaves since it has no nodes yet since there was no light so?

Stumbled onto a plant when i was 17 that was 3 leaf all over..... did ya ever find out about this one?

its obviously a bud plant... I have had plants shooting out 1 or 2 leaf blades before.. it clearly had marijuana leaf on this plant..
