Thread Title: Attitude Seed Bank
Selection: More of a selection than I've actually had time to browse. 10/10

Price: This one can be a bit relative, price was fair and reasonable TO ME. 9/10

Service: Ordered my seeds 5/15/2011, received them on 5/23/2011. Delivered well within the requested 21 day delivery window. 10/10

Stealth Rating: Very discrete, I won't be harsh here, but no perfect marks because this was my first seed bank order, ever. I have nothing to compare it to in terms of stealth, so no perfect marks on this one. I will be fair and say that at face value... 8/10 for stealth packaging.

Would you order from the same bank again: Maybe... see comments.

Other Comments: Attitude has been having some problems lately with their security. I decided to take a chance with them and placed my order anyway, due to their stellar reputation. Providing that no unauthorized charges appear on my CC, I will continue to do business with Attitude whenever their prices match what I'm looking to pay. I ordered 10 seeds each of Nirvana's White Widow, and Next Generation's Romulan. The freebies were from Dinafem and were: Fruit Auto, California Hash Plant, and White Siberian. All seeds except one were in perfect condition. There was a single seed in the Next Gen Package that was cracked. I blame no one for this. The seed could easily have been fine when it went into the breeder's pack and then cracked later from changes in temperature or humidity, or both. It's just one of those things that happen, and you run into the same thing when buying ANY kind of seed.

I have placed 2 orders with them within the past 3 months. Both arrived within 2 weeks and seeds were as advertised.

dont worry that was only a newsletter email list that goodness knows who stole, no credit cards were attached so you should get unauthorized charges. ive never had unauthorized charges since and ive been ordering since they opened. gotta love that 8 day window same for meee hehehe

That's why I say "providing". I seriously doubt that it's going to occur, I just wanted to acknowledge the issue before someone came in and tried to flame my thread with "OMG! I was ripped off!!!". I posted in one of the other threads not long ago while I waited. I actually ordered after the breach, because I couldn't find another company, at the time, who guaranteed shipment to the US. From what I can tell, my package actually came pretty fast... barely a week from the time I ordered. I'm surprised customs was processing so quickly with all the crap going on in global politics.

I ordered on 5/6 of this year and received them on 5/16. 10 days and through the mothers day holiday! Great shipping my only problem is I did all pick and mix and these are the shittiest beans i think i may have ever seen lol.

I dont know who picked them ie if Attitude put them in there little baggies or if they came from the breeder like that but man am I disappointed. Beans were extremely tiny and some had little to no color.( as in being in mature). One being cheese quake. this bean was so small and so black it was funny. looked like it had come in lb of some mexican brick dope. I did have 100% germ rate on the 3 PE I popped but all three refuse to come up out of there rapid rooters. Iv never had a problem with bad lookin or poor lookin beans when i buy them in full packs. always large full of color very healthy looking beans. I guess the moral of my semi rant is I wont be buying anymore of the pick and mix!

While I do see where you're coming from, since Attitude is a seed bank and not a breeder... it's hard for me to find fault with them for sending seeds that don't germ. I understand your frustration, but Attitude doesn't even guarantee that, they specify that they are not sold for germination. I'm not stupid enough to believe that they were NOT made for germination, but that's an issue you should take up with the breeder since the mistakes in production are theirs.

If you buy a movie from the store and the disk turns out to be defective, do you call the movie company or do you take it back to where you bought it?

Most here are well aware of the Attitudes rep for being a good distributor and that they are subject to their breeders quality which I have found to be ok most of the time...I use them when they have a good special and with some good freebies...the only gripe I've ever had is their inability to customize the freebies to match what is bought mostly. There's a couple of seedbanks that do that and they get the majority of my orders.

i order every couple months from them, speedy delivery, never had a single problem. lots of freebies, more than id ever expect.. but i usually order 4-5 different seed packs at a time.

Might want to re-think that analogy, because I can't think of a single country where it's illegal to use the disk. The point is moot anyway, the fact that supersedes your out-of-context quote is that it is illegal to even possess the seeds in the United States. Any basic protections based around the viability of a cannabis seed are invalid in the face of the Controlled Substances Act because your transaction was never valid to begin with. We're lucky that we have the handful of companies willing to guarantee our shipments.

Actually, it does. It changes things by taking away the right of a US citizen to guarantees of quality and germination when they try to purchase something that is Illegal. Try suing someone in court for ripping you off on a bag of weed and see how far you get. Same principle. As for Attitude, that little law that you think changes nothing is more relevant than you realize. Even IF Attitude guaranteed germination, which as I and others have already stated... THEY DON'T, you would be at the mercy of their honor as a vendor because you wouldn't have a legal leg to stand on. Until pot is taken off of the list of illegal drugs, or until legislation comes to this country that allows at least MEDICAL patients to cultivate and possess cannabis, you're shit out of luck. End of story.

So, as I said, your only recourse is to contact the breeder and hope that they'll guarantee germination, because the law can't help you there either. If Attitude themselves DO to replace a seed or seeds that wouldn't germ, you're lucky, and probably shouldn't spread it around if you hope to ever get the same treatment again.

long time nirvana customer here but after looking at the attitudes june special, how can you pass it up?

Attitude doesn't have different policies for legal and non legal countries. So that doesn't really change anything.

In attitudes disclaimer they state they do not take responsibility for any issues, they do however replace often as a good will gesture. I had an issue with GHSC seeds, approached both with images etc. and only attitude seemed to give a stuff.
