Ballast in Grow Room? - Suggestion

I have a 400w ballast and trying to reduce noise because my growbox is in my room.

So, is it okay to have the ballast in the grow room?
(Its rated at 131 Fahrenheit and the grow box will be at 75ish)

I have my Quatum 600w in an enclosed closet...As long as it aint above 100 in ur box u should be fine..GOOD LUCK BRO
