So does reposting your opinion make it true? At least we agree on one thing, no use arguing with ignorant fools.I'll just repost that, because as we can see... it is true.
No use arguing with ignorant fools, I won't change the opinion of your diluted minds (all 3 of you), and you won't change my level of respect for the police... also, it's not going against the public, because from the likes and rep I have received on all topics about law enforcement on these forums, it seems the majority agrees that generalizing about the police being all corrupt and all power hungry just makes you look like a complete idiot.
Hell, even if they busted down the door to my growroom, I'd be in hand with a bong and a light just for them...
So, enjoy your negative relationship with the police while many others enjoy a positive experience... I'll tell ya though, nothing like talking to friendly LEOs about your biggest cola's and final weights, and having them laugh WITH you about the stupidity of our drug laws.
A shame you 3 will never get to experience such a thing... as I think it's better to bring our two communities (Cannabis users and LEOs) closer together than to split us apart, Law Enforcement Against Prohibition is just one sign that mindsets are changing, and I love getting out there and making steps to help that cause.
Now if you'll excuse me, there's a cop sitting in the market parking lot across from my apartments who I must go take some warm Krispy Kreme donuts to...
Makes me despise cops even more.
I always offer to smoke them out, yet I haven't had any of them take me up on it yet... so no giving cops their cut of the harvest here yet.I think there's an important lesson to be learned here from SocataSmoker. Don't forget to give the cops their cut
“The recipe for perpetual ignorance is: Be satisfied with your opinions and content with your knowledge.”So does reposting your opinion make it true? At least we agree on one thing, no use arguing with ignorant fools.
Fail. LOLThe recipe for perpetual ignorance is: Be satisfied with your opinions and content with your knowledge. ...Because unlike you...
Not at all, I am always open to others opinions (How do you think I started smoking gigglebush in the first place), and my knowledge is ever-changing as I travel through life.Fail. LOL
I think the Police act like Bouncer`s sometimes. Though think about ALL the assholes roaming around the place. Think of yourself in the police force, getting stories from people in the force for years and years about how "This crackhead did this to my buddy" and "This psycho did that" or "Wilson pulled his gun out quickly, luckily" and however many more you want to make up. Think of seeing all the drunk, deranged people around causing trouble and giving nasty lip to you. Then have a few bad crimos on your way which even if you bash them up properly while arresting theyre gonna still evil grin and say your gonna let me go anyway officer...
Now think how 5 years of this would change your views on what happens around you.... Bouncers and Police alike... Mess with too many dickheads and your fuse will shorten dramatically, you just won`t have the time for it... I don`t think I would, I would be asking why the heck people aren`t listening to me!
Ever think, police brutality is rising because crime is rising too?
I think its one thing to hate cops (I pretty much do) but its another thing to blame them. The cops are a result of the communitys actions. They are our cops!
Though some things are in excess with some cops behaviour and most of all, the laws are STUPID!
i got 1 for you all..just the other day,my friend JR. got mugged and called the police, when they arrived they said they could kindof smell marijuana on his clothes,so they search him,THAN ARREST HIM FOR HAVING 0.2 Gs ON HIM,1/5th of a fknn gram!! so 1 harmless stoner with .2 of a G gets arrested, but 2 armed bangers with a pistol,$300+ of stolen money, stolen iphone, and who knows what else are still roaming around in my neighborhood for all i know....and this is what i pay taxes for.GTFOH(get the f*** outta here)When bouncers at a club get unruly and decide to abuse their power you can simply not go to that club. There are a million other clubs. You don't even need to be at any club with any bouncers, you can stay home. I cannot avoid the police though. I suppose I could get citizenship in another country, get a job there, leave my friends and family and obligations in my own country and try to move away from the corrupt bouncers. I don't think that's a very realistic option though, nor would it solve the problem entirely, there are still police anywhere I could move and make a living.
Also what does a crackheads problem with a police officer in the past have anything to do with him violating my rights? I would agree with you that people will generally draw conclusions based on subjective experiences, and cops probably do, and should, draw conclusions about situations and criminals (just like many people do about the police - fuck em). The problem is that police don't only become biased against criminals and crackheads. They seem to take it out on people not doing anything wrong.
