Corn is a slang term for a grade of bud around here between reggie and dro. I didn't know this was uncommon when posting this.

SWIM is doing his first outdoor grow, he figured instead of purchasing seeds, he'd use seeds from corn for his first time, to gain some experience before 'wasting' money, dig? They are doing great, hypothetically, but after digging through threads found that no body really does this, even first time growers.

What I am asking is, regardless of how bad corn is to anybody, is this just a dumb idea and going to produce horrible bud? Assuming they have been very well taken care of?

And why?

Why would you waste time growing corn when you can grow pot? They grow completely different so not much exp gained.

tomatoes grow like pot so if you want something close start with tomatoes.
and maybe after you can grow cannabis and corn together no problems.

Are you talking popcorn buds? Bagseed from fluffy nugs? Hard to follow but, yeah, bagseed is perfect for beginners and no money wasted on seeds if they die.

I suppose so. But I wouldn't say it's 'fluffy nugs' HQ bud around here comes deseeded. I guess to monopolize?

never heard it called corn b4 but whatever
bagseed is fine to start as long as the parent plant got you high.genetics play a part in the quality of plant produced but poor genetics grown in a good enviroment will produce better bud than the best seeds money can buy if grown by a kid in a tinfoil lined box w/ a 75 watt incandesent bulb hidden under his bed.

Well, thanks. I'm going to get new seeds via a reputable seedbank and start my new ones, but I'm still gonna keep the bagseeds going too.
