Moon Light Questions?

So I was in a garden the other day and the dude doesn't have it light sealed at all. His VEG lights actually go into the flowering room, although their not directly on the plants but there's enough light on the wall to see some plants if not all. The dudes buds decent every time and I could tell he hasn't changed things to make it Light proof. So that makes me think how much light is reflected onto the plants Ectast. I guess I'm looking to see.if anyone has used a light meter on the moons light to judge what we can get away with on light leaks.

on bright summer nights when the moon is really clear, when it never leaves that twilight period between night and day.... that the best grow season for plants :D it makes it so the plants never "sleep" they allways stay active and growing, making for a very nice growth spurt.

Think about it this way.

When's the last time you heard someone say, "man the moon really fucked up my harvest this year.." ?
