you misunderstood i think. if you look close you can actually see some dying fan leaves. Thats his problem.

Anyway-I think you probably didnt give them enough nitrogen. Some people will say nitrogen is bad in flowering but A few feedings w/veg nutes as flowering goes on is a good idea, you want to keep your fan leaves healthy and around for as long as possible. Also, During the stretch phase of flowering i give them veg nutes every 3rd feeding or so. You are not gonna see much difference in that plants size, but the trichomes should still mature as normal. i'd give it a week maybe 2 weeks tops to go all cloudy then cut. You didnt do too bad, looks like you'll still get some good bud off it.

Those plants needed nitrogen a long time ago. I'm guessing your flowering nutrient is high in P and K, but completely lacks nitrogen. My next guess would be that your using a cannabis specific nutrient. If you keep the majority of the plants leaves green during flowering, you will see a large increase in production. Letting your leaves die of during flowering is a myth that keeps getting passed along as truth on internet forums. Leaves produce bud. Next grow, hit your plants with your veg nutrients when you see yellowing early or mid way through flowering. Keep the leaves and roots healthy and your plant will take care of the rest.

This is how plants receive energy for all facets of growth.

I admit I gave a crude reply, but when I see a plant, that doesn't have a single large fan leaf all the way up, except for some tiny bud leaves that died ages ago, I don't have much patience.

What happened was definately N deficiency, possible coupled with heat/light stress.
Looks like you'll get a good amount of bud to smoke, but I'd chop it real soon. Really really soon. If not today.

Plants need as many large leaves as possible, if you were trying to drive energy to the buds, the better thing to have done would be to cut off all those tiny popcorn buds months ago.

But this is also discouraged.

Honestly, I think you did too much posting and not enough reading.

Also to the man with the orange cat, 10000 posts in 2 years is obscene. Seriously, go do something outside.

I've been here 2 1/2 yrs, thats we'll say 912 days. thats around 11 posts a day. WOW, thats so many. I think you should go to a math class.
Not to mention most of those posts were to help other growers, alot of them first timers. I've helped thousands in my spare time. what have you done?

Whats wrong with letting it go? Sure ittl herm eventually but as long as you watch it its all good. I would let it keep going, if you havent started flushing do it now. let those trics amber up a bit they will.

The plant is barely going to catch any light at all, for the amount of space it takes up, and the amount of leaf area it has to catch light, and positioning of these leaves, it's really going to just be a pain in the ass.
But it's the growers choice really.

granted this plant is sad, but some of those nugs are bigger than the socket covers on the wall behind it, that's a pretty decent nug for a fugly first timer plant, don't be such a downer! and lay off dark!

That plant needed a lot of nute's a long time ago! Looks like my fuego blanco(white fire) when I get light on the nute's. All of my Sative dom strains do that when you go a little light on the nute's. That's just been my experience anyway!

AS many ppl said, def a N problem here. From all the reading I've done around cannabis plants are supposed to go N deficient in the late stages of flowering but you want to keep those leaves green and healthy for the first half of the flowering cycle as well. That's why many good growers go on using vegetation nutrients well deep into their flowering stage. I know I didn't in my first grow and I regret that now but now I know for next time. That said, as long as you don't see the buds starting to yellow or going dry or something, I would live them a few days more to see if it makes any difference. You can tell if they are healthy just with common sense. If not, just chop em down. Looks like a sativa too so don't go all crazy about ambers. I harvested mine early too with 0 amber but still was very happy with the results! Your bud growth seems really good though, especially if you take into account all the stress and loss of fan leaves! ;) Keep it up bro!
