How long in2 flowering r they ?
and how close r ur lights ?

lights are 1-2" above plant and that leaf is towards the bottom...i am using space blankets for reflection maybe its a hot spot..And im 4 weeks into flower...

Nah, its fine man. During flowering, leaves (especially lower ones) are going to do that exact thing from here on out, just do what frmrboi said and cut em off. Think of it as trees outside, when it's getting close to the end, they've put off their fruit, what happens? Autumn hits, they are done with their cycle and all the leaves turn yellow
