Clone Problem]

This is my first time cloning I took these off my White Widow & Skunk #1 that were in week 2 of flowering on Saturday I have them in my closet with a 6500k fluorescent tube light temps stay at 70-85F and Humidity 70%-100% first I placed them in ph water(6-6.5) misting them time from time under the light for 24hrs then went to 20hrs the next day however due to a storm the electricity went off yesterday for a few hours and came back on so I thought i had nothing to worry about today I realized there droopy and I'm not sure what's going on just yesterday I placed them in soil so I know I won't be able to tell when they do root I'll post pics.....oh yeah and I used clonex gel and no humidity dome so I try to mist when they are dried out

So my questions is....

- Is it better for them to soak in the water until they root?
- Is it too late to place them back in water
- WHAT IS GOING ON??
- if my humidity is high do i have to mist constantly still?

they might not make it.
cloning takes time and trust me its never 100% rate
next time dont put them in soil so soon.

I had this same problem? I dont know what I am doing wrong. Sucks I know I wrecked 6 clones of fem. White Widow That turned out SOOOOO good. As soon as you put then in the water they will perk right gack up. Someone told me to put a heat mat under them and put them in a dome for 100% humi. dont spray them they really dont liked to be messed with. The dome would be so better I think. Try use a bubblier for the roots so the water dont just sit there. That soil has got to be wet WET! The soil will pull the water from the clone. I am a noob so I would just google, "How To Clone" I find it very frustrating waiting on someone to post when the people that post and help alot are on the other side of the world sleeping.

P.S. I have never tried any of this yet but plan to I have the dome and mat just waiting on a plant to get clones from to try and kill it all over again....

build yurself a bubble cloner....100% sucess rate every cut ive stuck in it...and some of those cuts were flowered
