Just woke up and watched a video that made my day... so I figured I'd start a thread where we can post videos or stories of positive things we as humans have done for other people, or... as in my video, other species.

After watching this I realized I must've had some dirt in my eye...

i cant wait till i find an animal that i can save! all those people standing around taking pictures, and it took a guy riding by to stop, get out, and move it. it shows you the percentage of folks that would do that

Around here we have a lot of turtles that cross roads and anytime I see one I make sure to help it along its way.

I just did that last night, but it was a 25 pound+ snapper. It had just got done laying eggs so it was quite docile. Grabbed by the tail and drug her done to the water. Usually would not bother her, but my dog was trying to get his leg snapped off.

Some of you already know my story with Baby, my rescue bambi.

I take in all kinds of animals and am constantly helping out with nature.

I feel at peace when I'm around them.

Have not heard lately, how are things going. I can just look up your thread, have you been posting on it.

My buddy has had a pet deer for about 6 years now, a little doe. she sleeps in his bed just like a dog. we built 12 foot fences around his house so it couldn't get out, there's pature for it too. when it was a baby we use to feed it with a bottle. we can't smoke in his house anymore either because the one of the doe's favorite snacks is cigarette butts, she'll lick an ashtray clean if we don't keep them hidden.

lofl, i've never seen anything like that before. poor thing takes so long to get from point A to point B. it must be very frustrating.

what a cute creature.

i am still in love with baby too :)

did you see the claws on that sloth?? i am sorry but i wouldn't touch it either without properly knowing how to scruff it...that thing would fuck you up in a heart beat if it felt threatened
