If i buy anything it would be a pack of strawberry cough...... im pissed off tho..... i bought a pick n mix strawberry cough, and the thing didnt germ... it was a rotten seed most likely...... shit, i paid like 18 bucks for it.... so knowing attitudes bs rule on not replacing ungermed beans.... so i emailed them and told them that the seed arrived cracked (which was actually a syrup autoflower freebie that arrived cracked that i didnt care for as much) so i put the syrup seed in the strawberry cough pack and sent them a pic of it..... they said they would replace it on my next order, which i didnt mind, since i was def gonna order for this past promo with 10 freebies.... I got my order and it was completely ruined...5 seeds in total were completely smashed, 4 smashed at the bottom and again one of the freebies had a crack....... i email them right away and accuse them of doing this intentionally because i complained about receiving a cracked seed,(and because months before i complained about not receiving a package because It was just my 3rd time ordering, and it had never taken that long... I complained first on day 19.. and they told me It had to be 21 days... So if it didnt arrive in 2 days, to email them again.... I wait and nothing.... But since he said it was normal, and sometimes took a little longer, I waited till day 25, and NOTHING, (and it was a Sat. so I knew there was no mail the next day, and I was getting anxious... I email them, and they reship my order... but tuesday the original package arrived.... I didnt tell them nothing, but in good conscious, i felt kinda guilty, but learned to be a little more patient with them from that day on) So I told them that I felt because I had issued complaints 2 times before, that maybe they were messing with my orders, as at first I would never find anything wrong...... Anyways I tell them that I felt that at least ONE of the 2 different seed damages was intentional.... Because that Sour Cream freebie that was more on top of the package was the one that was cracked, and looked so dry like if it had been dry for a long time, as where the other 4 looked fresh, and happened only to 4 seeds that were at the bottom of the package, and looked like if they were hit with a hammer or really hard with heel of a boot... Because it was in a bubble packing... and that packing was inside an other bubble packing, so it's pretty hard to break them on accident......... Anyways... They tell me they would NEVER do that, and that they are sorry for what happened, and that it was most likely done in shipping..... I tell them that I hate to complain because I think they might think I'm just trying to score more free seeds from them, and it's really unfair to be put in that group..... and i'm sure they think something suspicious, because I sent them a picture, and I tell them that it's not really a big deal for them to ship them right away, but to just add them to my next order (as I am basically a collector, and not really dying for seeds asap) But they say no, that for me to send in the damaged seeds, and that they would replace them right away...... But I get offended.... I say why cant they just replace them like they did the strawberry cough that arrived damaged... and I said if they could give me a good logical reason for me having to send them in that they cant see in a picture other than me having to waste my time, and money shipping junk back to them that they are most likely just gonna examine for 2 seconds, and throw them in the trash.... I tell them if there is some way they are gonna test the smashed up seeds and make sure they were the original ones sent instead of me replacing them with junk bagseeds or something and that doesnt even take the fact that I'm taking a risk in shipping marijuana seeds out of the country... I dont have the same legal rights they do... and Jodie tells me...

Please send back the damaged seeds as this will be the best way for us to solve your problems at present.
These are the usual terms and conditions and we do ask that sometimes people return the seeds to us. In the past we have accept photos of the damaged items, but in this case we ask you return them to us. Once we have the damaged items returned to us we can replace the seeds for you, and add a few extras at no extra cost (at the managers discretion)
If you do not feel comfortable adding your return address then you do not have to, just your order number. We have people return goods to us every day for one reason or another and there is seldom a problem.

So screw it... Im gonna send them back today, and see what extra seeds they send me.... But I already told them that if I receive any damaged seeds in the future, that I would just stop ordering from them, because something very odd is going on..... either it's them, or maybe someone that works at the post office recognized the packaging, and knows exactly what is in there...... I also told them that I will start paying for them to ship them in the tin stash box, and if anything is getting damaged through THAT!.... Then I'd def have to stop, and go elsewhere even though I love attitude and all their promos, it's just not fair if i continue to get these damaged seeds.......
Anyways.... I added alot more to the story than I intended, but all that is true..... But the reason I am pissed is because for my next grow I decided to do Strawberry Cough, Blue Cheese, and Blueberry... but AGAIN... the strawberry cough failed to germinate!... (seed that didnt arrive damaged.... So now I'm thinking maybe they do something to them also)
