Too much light?

I'm growing about 3 or 4 plants in a small closet, is a 400watt MH/HPS system going to be too much light?

it will be perfect. just cover it in mylar or flat white paint. if thats all you ever intend to grow (3-4 at a time) then you will have all youll ever need

that couldnt be more true... moving air is the biggest issue... hot stagnant air is worthless as fuck..
