The Stealth Growers Thread

This thread is for the stealth growers who has their setup so stealthy that people can be in the room and not know that they are beside a grow .

Even if you dont got it that stealthy your regular stealth grows are fine

I want everyone to show how inventive they are and share your opinions and ideas

Even help people out on how to work with what they have to create stealthiness

It can be stealth pc grows to stealth dresser grows , just whatever you can think of to modify what you have to convert it into a nice stealthy grow

Share your thoughts your ideas and lets see what stealthy grows we can do .

This is what im in the middle of doing .

I have a dishwasher that no longer works so im gonna convert it into a stealth grow box

I just started working on it , so i have a shit load of stuff to do

I took the racks out and cleaned the inside out the best i could ,

as of right now i have a towel in the bottom of it to cover the old water line hoses and shit so light does not leak out the bottom

Im gonna end up putting a floor in their , but how i have it now will have to work

I also have a piece of wood in their that i have a clone that i took today sitting on

Right now i just got a single cfl in their over the clone since it does not need a lot of light

So as of now i just got the one cfl light but i will add more when need be

Also since the inside of it is a bright white color im probably not going to have to put anything in their like mylar

Well here is a pic , its not to good though ( sorry )

im really hoping to see all the stealth growers come out of the woodwork and share and show off their stuff

most of the plastic storage cabnets you get at wal- mart, k-mart target is too thin you can tell there is a light on inside the cabnet. paint dosen't stick to plastic very well. in my oppion it is best to use things made of wood or metal.

This dishwasher has thick insulation taped all around the outside of it , also their is no paint , it is made from the factory with the white inside

I also have no light leak anywhere besides the bottom where the waterline hoses holes was at , but i got it covered up right now

I will be making a new bottom / floor to put in their so i wont have to worry about those waterline hoses holes

But besides that its completely light proof , i cut off all the lights and it was just as dark as it can be in my kitchen , you could not see any light anywhere coming from it

Nope no hydo this round just thought i would share Hopefully we get some more Stealth growers on here!!! What nutrients are you going to run i have super natural veg and bloom it works pretty damn nice. This grow im running all Fox Farm Gear FF trio, FF happy frog and FF ocean forest. I'll be running 11 plants at a time, 6 in the cab at a time. The Smart Pot is my Fem Green House White Widow and the Party cups are 3 Blue Rhino, 3 Blue Ice, 1 Black Pearl. I have 3 Williams Wonders germing and in a paper towel and they have split im just waiting for the tap root to be about a inch long or right before it throws the shell then into the cab they go. When the williams sprouts they are going straight into a 12/12 cycle along with 1 Blue Rhino and 1 Blue ice both have been topped and are still on 24/7 light cycle to get the bottom new growth bigger before going into 12/12 im hoping the williams and the two topped plants are all ready at the same time to switch to 12/12. Still need to figure out how im going to bud my White widow im thinking if i can veg it till the first batch of party cup/2 liter girls are done then i will clone the white widow a bunch and veg everything out a little then flip to 12/12 then after that if all goes well with these 12/12 from seed then that is what im going to do and not just singles. Reason why i have so many is cuz my other grow got shut down was planing on growing out one at a time but 12/12 might work better for me.

My cousin stop by earlier and i offered him a drink , he went to my frig and got one

then he stood right at my dishwasher pouring him a glass and not once did he even look at my dishwasher

No the bitch died on me, I over water and wet fishing for the day in the first couple days of sprout....not a good idea Thats funny so is that just a veg chamber? Do you have fans etc?

That sucks ,

I put 2 fans in it yesterday , i added an extra cfl in their and my temp went up to 90 degrees

i need to get another fan to help with exhaust ,

its a little hard to get my ventilation right since the dishwasher is practically against the wall , ( maybe an inch or 2 of space )

I will eventually figure something out though

haha i bought it from a friend, yea it opens up front and top pretty sweet got it for $60 with 2 fans and the light
