Can I do this?

I germinated a seed and threw it in a cup of starter soil and it sprouted but can i take it out of the cup and replant it outside? I was gonna dig a hole and fill it with miracle grow then just replant it in there will this work?

Let the cup dry out a little so when you remove the plant all the dirt stays clumped together like a dried turd. I dont know about putting miracle grow in a hole you dug, sounds shady to me.

transplanting is compleetly normal, like atopsy said let it dry first so u wont break the roots and stress ur plant. and use a good soil not miracle grow it is to HOT for babies :) go to local hydro or nursery and get a bag of good stuff :)

or go get miracle grow organic, its not really organic but it wont have any time releasing nutes in it so it will be safe.

if you decide to use foxfarm, use the light warrior - the ocean forest will ass rape a baby
do you really think so? Thats exactly what I've been using for the past 3 grows and haven't had any problems. What do you mean specifically by ass rape?

Would be preferable to wait till the cup is rootbound, raised under a cfl or small MH. To pull out the newly sprouted seedling root and all, and throw it out in mid summer sun would be a little risky.
