Thanks. Hey I was wondering where the "OG" part comes from or "Kush" for that matter?

Kush refers to the hindu-kush mountain range in Afghanistan (where the taliban kick it). Any strain coming from that region can be considered kush. Dispite rumors, it's not true that all kush strains originate with hindu-kush the strain, although many do since it is a common breeding strain. Platinum OG is a just OG kush x master kush (although some say it's OG x master x purple kush, who knows).

OG kush = ocean grown kush = Chem98 x old world paki kush x lemon thai

They both have a different type of dankness to them. I like some of the musty OG's. I heard a collective dude mention Ocean Grown (soil/hydro nutes). Is there any truth to that ? I always thought it was for "Original" ?

It's disputed, but the consensus amounts old school genetics nerds is that it's ocean grown, not original gangster.

If you like the musty OGs, you'll love platinum. Nice musty/fruit combo. I've got some going in my hydro room right now, if you like I can take some pics /w the microscope.

og stands for ocean grown. or grown by water or the ocean. and og kush isn't really a kush at all. its named that to be catchy. its dank stuff tho. but the true og stands for ocean grown and nothing else.

It's 1/3 kush. Old world paki kush (which , it's the same kush used in Afpak kush (an extremely under rated strain btw). It's just not kush dominant.

im strictly ffof personally.

It's the best stand alone soil IMO. Although roots organic is better for mixing because it has a shit ton of perilite.

oh.i like og kush none the less tho. its pretty dank and good.but lately i've really smoking sativa. but ogs are usualy my favorite. i usualy pick up og over anything else. helps the most with my lower back.

platinum OG - It's a really nice mix between OG kush and master kush. The smell is really dead center in between. Still has a little ways to go before it's finished.

All star OG Kush - it's a really really great fruity smelling/tasting OG. Probably my favorite OG.

It's all hydro. Except for the all-star freshly picked less than 5 minutes before the photos were taken.

All OG's originate from that, the first OG Kush. fire OG, platinum OG, deadhead OG, etc are all crosses of it.

Mine is a different brand but looks just like that. It's pretty fucking sweet for 20 bucks. hand must be really steady because it has no image stabilization.
