Happened to me before. Mine ended up being ok, but it was severely stunted. Next time put a counter tie down low before you bend it.

I've seen this happen before. The counter tie is necessary. You possibly tore a fair amount of root tissue when the ball was pulled out. I would def expect a bit of stunting. That said, if it's a photoperiod plant you can probably get past the stunting without too much more than a little extra time.

If you have any willow tree's around where you live, then look up how to make willow water. It's great for root growth and cuts down the trauma of having some of it's roots ripped by stimulating what roots are left to grow more. I ripped one of my plants roots completely in half when transfering from a 1gal pot to a 3gal pot. Used some willow water and everything was fine in less than 3 days.

thanks guys i think shes gunna b ok shes fell behind the others but not dramaticly. iv been giving them all canna rhizotonic from day 1 so that probably helped. I wasnt sure about sticking a stake or something in the ground because i didnt want to damage the roots but ended up damaging them more. is it ok to put some steaks in the coco to support ties?? because doing that would make life alot easier

thanks again

Absolutely. I use little bamboo stakes for all my LST needs.
