How do i get my temps down?

ive heard 18/6 and 20/4...... i may go on a limb and do 19/5 lol....... and thank u i had a dumb moment.... yeah there will def not be any light peaking in on there lights off. so overall my main objective would be to get my temp down... also...... when i pop my seeds in soil after germinating them.... do i put lights on them til they pop... or leave it dark til the pop then give lights? let me know thank you.

leave lights on until they pop. i use 24/0 for veg

Lol...I usually put a light over them even though they haven't broken the soil yet...You'd probably want to put that light pretty far from the spouts for the first few days, then slowly get it closer. GL
