I Blew Some Glass Yesterday

At first glance, I thought that was a dish. I was ready to pull out my wallet until i clicked on it and realized it was a pipe :(

would the honeycomb look better on the inside or the outside?

the inside of that pipe is pure white.

in case i ever do make one. ;')

I think you can kind of do both.


If you put a wicked design on the bottom, and use clear glass on the top... the design should show right through...

that way when your dish is running low, you begin to see the design.... but you can also turn your dish over and look at it.


Do you know what I mean?

yeah, i have and use dishes. ;)
 
let me see some of your dishes, finally! :lol: make a note if they ARENT for sale... so i don't get excited... i really enjoyed seeing that vapor swing you posted a while back
 
i have a bunch of T skillets. i should make some bell curves.


i only have 2 dishes right now. the one with the wig wag has 3 little indents in the side from my grabbers when the glass was hot.




i do NOT have the one on the far left in the picture of 3. just the other 2.

This is so cool! Man, I'd really like to do something like this until they can get the economy going again. Who knows? After 30 years I'm getting to the point where I'm kinda tired of playing on construction sites all day.
 
I watched for awhile, i thought you made that thing explode on purpose at first cause you barely reacted.... lol.

i had to special order them. they are prescription/boro glasses. :cool:


i used to be scared putting anything into the flame. the first few months that happened A LOT. now i'm just used to it.
