My plants are double budding and it might turn hermie and i don't know much about hermie plants. My question is if my plant turn into hermie will it mess up my other healthy female plants? When it turn into hermie will I get seeds and if so when do I take the seeds off? Is there anything that I can use to stop my plants becoming hermie? Any infos will help me a lot and will be greatly appreciated.

Have u got any pics of the plant ?
And yes this will 4 sure affect the rest of ur crop
If u've identified a hermmie u have 2 options
Isolate it from the rest of ur plants
Or kill it
As 4 the seeds they will have the mothers genes
So will also b hermmie
IMHO upload some pics and make sure it is a dreaded hermmie
Then decide what action 2 take ?

My plants have white hair when I bought the clone and collective dude told me it will reveg and it's been 3 months and now it's starting to bud and neighbor says it's double budding and the buds aren't gonna be dense and since the plants have been stressed it could turn into hermie. The plants shouldn't be flowering for almost another month. I'm just afraid it will hermie and i just found some infos called dutch reverse and it will kill the balls or banana what ever it's called. Right now it's not showing any hermie and I will take some picture of the budding sites and will post it up.

Whats double budding and why do you think they might turn hermie?
I have no idea what double budding is. My neighbor have been growing for more than 20 years and I had him check my plants since its only showing 1 leaf and he said it's double budding and I should prune my plant and concentrate only the top parts because it's double budding and the buds gonna be real small.

Not gonna argue with someone that's seen your plants, but I think you'll be fine.

What jaybee07 is saying above is spot on. Deal with the hermies when they actually become hermies.

Are they actually flowering or they just showing sex? Are they indoors or outdoors?

It's outdoor and the plants are about 5 feet tall and it's flowering. My other plants are fine except these 5 plants and it doesn't show hermie yet but I would like to get as much as I can on these plants. I've wasted a lot of money and time on these plants.

If its a herm I would personally kill it. Why risk turning all your plants into herms, seeds seeds and more seeds - less THC and Buds!

Peace out

Not meaning to be a douche here, and hijack this thread, but got another hermie question... If a female plants "turns" hermie (if that's how it really works - and not a genetic disposition), and you clone it afterwards, will the clone be hermie?

Just wondering. Thanks, sorry AKCDOGG.

AKDOGG - not sure on the dutch masters, but in my opinion this time of year outdoor grow I wouldn't want to do that.

In regards to the hermie. Yes, a clone from a hermie will be a hermie. A plant can turn hermie in two ways 1. From a male plant and 2. From stress (light changes, heat, ect..).

Peace out

There is another option when you are dealing with a possible hermie. You could wait until the pistons are almost mature and cut them off. I have heard that 2 grow back when you cut one so wait as long as you feel is safe. I almost killed my SageN'Sour because I thought I saw bananas but I waited and it turned out to be fine. If in doubt always wait imo.

I wouldn't give up on the fem seeds. Its possible that you got a bad seed, but plant stress (heat or lighting changes, and even air flow) can also cause a herm. Bad seeds are rare, and most plant stress can be prevented.

Peace out

thanx i thoguth those were balls... so much for feminized seeds..
