My First Real Grow Thread! Socal Style!

i have a whole row of corns in my backyard.should have 20 plus ears in a few weeks. plus 100 plus tomatoes. i should hav a bbq and invite you and goped over. we could talk about a lot of things.sometime soon maybe we could all get together.

Yeah and if needed you could use clear visqeen and totally inclose it and then hang a pest strip for a couple of days and then remove the plastic if one was to have a serious bug problem. We"ve been doing pretty good spraying,knock on wood. Seen a grasshopper today in the yard.

Btw, Good looking sweet corn.

Will you still be able to get a hold of? haha! Or have a day or something to help us set up when we are ready? Same thing happened to my other friend he had to go back to work and has his kids and never see or never hear from him anymore! haha

looks i am going to be building one of these bad boys tomorrow. for 20 dollars!!

plenty of space to grow the 8 girls i have now. can't wait. i'm going to smoke some of tyler's dank ass chemdog and get to work tomorrow afternoon. :)

yeah those r sweet and pretty easy to build. i was going to make one for my night time area, but dont need it anymore. doesnt look very portable though. r u going to be taking it off and on?

ok so the ladybugs seem to be liking their new home. but now ive got ants on my soil :cuss:
im thinking of getting some diatomaceous earth, but i dont want it to kill the ladybugs. theres a few of em that like to hang out by the soil. maybe i should sacrifice those few

How did ya know? I was there yesterday out in redlands by the airport! Such a cool brwery! Had a lot of fun the other day cool place to be for a few. Hop I was going to try wine tasting up near napa for the first time i dont think out of all the years i lived up there i never went to napa at all. Herd its nice up there. A lot of nice smoking spots!

So i am sad my banana and blue dream are still looking brunt. They really are senstive. So i am going to take off for a week and have them watered while i am gone and I hope to come home to all new kinds of green growth!

i just found a bigass grasshopper on one of the small plants :-(

i tried to knock em off the plant so i could squish em(i was afraid of scaring away the ladybugs). im pretty sure i knocked em off but i couldnt find where he went haha

usually burns dont heal. a lot of times the leaf slowly dies off. just leave em alone. dont pick em off until theyre totally brown

Yes it was flora Duo. I am just gonna only water them for the next week or two. We will watch what happens the other 4 are still dark green even after the feeding. So maybe the banana and blue dream were growing so fast it just got used right away.

OUCH! at my local grow shop they got the maxsea priced at 1.5lb 13.95.... 6lb for 25.95.... 20lb for 89.95.... or wait you had to pay shipping huh! damn you couldnt find it at your local grow shops? it will save you on the shipping!
