Until it's dry, usually a couple weeks.

You should let the manure completely decompose. I could let it set until spring at the earliest but the general suggestion for using manure is 1 year. You have the great beginning of some good compost. Mix it with some leaves and it will heat things up if its fresh.

yes thank you thats what i thought. what kind of leaves? normal tree leaves or pot leaves from my grow? lol

Add in organic materials, grass clipping, tree leaves, material from your garden. An most important some form of nitrogen.
Wet the pile till it is moist, and then ever 10 to 24 days stir the pile. You will know if it is working if there is heat coming from the pile

also if you would like to speed things up toss in some microb mix like EM or well water the extra microbs should cut some time off the decomp

So when using shit its not good to use fresh wet manure mixed with your soil?? you gotta wait 1 year ? Til it all decomposes... So basically if i had some manure now it would have to be prepared for next years grow??
