Well the thing was i couldnt pay attention to them everyday because of the guests. my next system is going to be a UC so that will help some but really i hokee dokeed this entire room. because i didnt have the $$$ to do it right the first time its cost me dearly. but i just look at it as part of the growing experience and everything that goes wrong i find a solution for it. So hopefully i'll have everything dialed in within the month.

i also started checking my ph level on a daily basis. i don't have a trimeter yet and didnt realize how far off my ph has been this entire time. my ph range was from 6.2-6.8 on the racks. Also nightime humidity reached 75% last night. next purchase is going to be a dehumidifier and then those tri-meters. if i can stop buying seeds i can get my room dialed it dammit!! lol.

I just picked up a mw-102 ph meter. It also has accuracy of ± 0.01 pH. I have all my reservoirs set to 5.8±0.02! Just imagine if you have a meter with an accuracy of ±0.2 pH, so if you calibrate .2 high and the meter reads .2 low, then you are already off by .4. A few days go by and your up to 6.4 ph. I can set my res to 5.8 and know it is 5.8.

FLWR #3 DAY 54

FLWR32.jpgCOLA.jpgFLWR3.jpgFLWR33.jpg So i started harvesting this rack last couple days. first went through and cut out anything with pm on it. still having problems as my night time humidity has been reaching up to 90% RH. will harvest this rack within next couple of days. my veg room is growing out of control. The White Russian is starting to smell really nice. cant wait till i can run her again properly.

FLWR #2 DAY 36

FLWR22.jpgFLWR2.jpg so rack #2 is doing ok. sometime last week i was trying to pull the light up and the bike pulley fell down smashed a couple branchs. seems like my screws are about 1/2" too short. went and got longer screws for the bike pulley. seems the extra 1/2" of the bike pulley frame is not letting the drywall hangers extend out. also i cut anything with any sign of pm out and sprayed this rack with green cure about 5 days ago. unfortunately i burned some of the bud pistils.

FLWR #1 DAY 13

FLWR12.jpgFLWR1.jpg So i started revamping my scrog. since iv put on the 4 way connectors allowing me to get the even screen i have been just tying plants wherever i could. my scrog has been very unorganized. i replaced the twine with neon rope. its a little thicker than the twine still tweaking it so it is very tight. now that i have 4 plants per rack i can organize the branchs very well from the start. started to redo FLWR #3 then looked at #1 and said there is still time for me to organize this rack and thats exactly what i did. i feel a lot better about the organization now that i have the green/ orange neon lines to help me with placement of branchs. will go in today and give them a brazilian and also cut out any sucker branches as i dont really care for that popcorn crap.

so after thinking about it. didnt want my girls to go through another 90% RH night. i was smoking a bowl and thinking about what the hell im going to do to get that humidity down. and then in a stoner flash of lighting moment. i said f**k that carpet got to go! so i went in cut up the carpet in 3 parts. hauled that smelly moldy shiz out and then the padding underneath was soaked! no wonder my humidity had reached 90%. i also found out i have nice concrete floors. In about an hour the room felt much better. probably by next couple days i should have all my pm issues taken care of. I was thinking how the hell could i survive if i had to breath in that room all day long. wow.

Also tested out my new top feed system. everything worked great and the mods will go on the next rack. Now my roots will have much more room without the pipes in the rails.

Loving the pics, man! The OG can be a fickle plant, huh? My first batch went to shit, same with the headband....a male in the bunch, a couple died from seedling stage.....

My OG this time is looking very nice in flower. I am looking forward to seeing your room continue, you seem to run some good ones! Good luck, keep em green!

I'm still testing out the system 4tatude. have to get some new rails tomorrow and start drilling the new mister holes. It's real nice and the spray pattern is perfect upside down so far. I'll put a bunch of pics up when im all done and have tested it properly.

Also went in today and reinforced all my bike pulleys with the 2" screws instead of the old 1 1/2" screws. makes a lot of difference. The Flower Room is starting to come together. Several more items and this room will be done.

Dude, I think you nailed it....I was watering 2 nights ago, and I just had to stick my nose into a lower bud.....fucking great aromas! So excited to try my own home grown OG Kush....I have only tried it when I did not know for sure that it was RP OG Kush, and neither did the grower......but we know Dirk D has the real stuff, he has a picture of the package to prove it....just like me.

Some dank looking shit dirk! Keep it up.

lol thats some funny shizt haz. you have to take pictures of all the packages. i have some really sweet strains coming up. im trying to have my room dialed in by the time my new strain selectiion comes in.

its too bad that both my runs with the RP OG Kush has been below average due to my noobness as a grower. I'm starting to feel more comfortable with the aeroponic system and being able to anticipate potential problems and having remedies for them. I can tell she is a real beauty when grown properly.

That White Russian of mine is looking pretty sweet as well. Great Bud Density and Structure, great smells and looks like a real nice yielder. Again i didnt take her anywhere near her potential but i do have a real nice clone of her about 18" that will go in about 3 weeks from now along with my Tahoe OG's.

That sounds about right, she is also a darker green than my other strains.
As for the top-fed, i had an excellent design that just got too complicated. I never got the misters to work right and the height of the system got too high.

hey george, how's that new design of your working out??
the screen for this unit is 6 inches higher than my other screens (not good). I tried both red and yellow/green sprayer and both trickled out. I even tried a 1000 gph pump, but it was only a little better. For now, it is decommissioned. I will have to try a high psi pump, but the canopy height is still killing it.
