no, that's new this year and i'm lovin it.

i like the set-up...simple, gravity fed, just turn the spigot!!

i don't even turn the spigot, it's left OPEN all the time. i just stick the hose in the barrel until water spills out the top. takes about 3 - 4 mins to fill each a barrel.
