Just busy with work so on extended web silence. Exhausted at the end of the day so no time to play online and barely a minute to tie my shoes in the morning before I do it again. Rest of the crew is MIA too. Funny how summer will get people away from the bloodsucking interwebs.

Since this is a topping thread I guess I should say that when I'm in the toppers mood I do the 1st at 8 nodes then every 6 after that for another few pinches.

I didnt get the same yeilds lollipopping, same amount and weight of good bud just no popcorn but to smoke whilst waiting for the good main colas to dry. I'm against the lollipopping now guys, didnt work for me, should i have lost yeild lollipopping the plant or stripping the bottom growth? Peace

Yer sorry guys there was reference to it nearer the start of the thread, hopefully it is slightly relevant to this thread. I did it any way and lost small amount of yeild, top buds didnt look any bigger.
I do top my plants but just the once, wish i had long enough veg times to do what Fdd dose.
Thinking about FDD's plants and his bending, snapping of the stem i am amazed they stand back up after just a day, those vascular systems must be very strong and shift some large amounts of water daily. I keep waiting for him to start flowering them but he seems to want them to be trees!lol! I want to see how much they fill out in flower.
Are you putting up that screen to support the top colas or try and suppress their height?

I get a lot of bends and breaks, they are agressive growers and fix quick, my small grow takes its toll on plant branches.
I suppose i do top to train four branches up and then LST them back. I could just snap the branches and forget the LST, whats the pros and cons of snapping, it will just slow the growth to the portion of snapped branch till it repairs itself i take it?
