Supercropping and Canopy Control

To tell you the honest to god truth. I didnt get to finish the plants. My father passed away and I was unable to check them for a while. Although the two tops that I super cropped where the two main colas they were also the fattest. So I really could not tell you but I would imagine that they would get more nutrient delivery and they would have been the best yeilding.

sorry to hear about that man, may he rest in peace. I started growing a little while after my dad passed, It was a great outlet for me to keep my mind occupied on.

The mature plant is Ice, the early flowering plant is the El Monstre (Sannies Seeds; pics 5 and 11) we talked about Jozi, she's at 32 days in the Super Soil and waaaaaay behind

The Ice is at about 57 days, she's ready today but I won't have time until Tuesday to chop her down Super Cropped the Ice plant a lot more than the EM. The Ice was bound before I took the pics but I let her loose for the last few days.

That Ice is the single best ICE plant I have ever seen. Did you send any of those into Nirvana? You know they do put up awesome pictures like that in their gallery. I've had a few pictures considered by Paradise Seeds, but my camera is too shitty.

In speaking of Ice, I actually just ordered a Ice hybrid called White Castle by Nirvana (Ice x White Widow) and it's due here in another 5 or 6 days. Maybe sooner, but I like to stay realistic. Also have some Chernobyl and Dairy Queen from TGA Subcool coming my way, I love me some freebies! Also getting a free crappy autoflower from UFO, recorded THC content is 10-12%, my farts have more THC content than that.

LOL Jozi you crack me up. Thanks for the compliments, I was please with the results. Packs a punch, although I'm not a fan of indicas as much as sativas. I think you're right about the EM, she's starting to come around. I think the timing for my concern and asking you for advice was perfect b/c her EC was at abt 600-650. Not too bad and it probably wasn't even that low for very long. Have you grown Ice before? I'm guessing an Ice and WW hybrid is going to be an eater. My WW eat so much goddamn food and the Ice was no slouch. Gotta run for work, smoke dank peeps!

I'm glad I could help you in time. 650ppm is fine, probably didn't hurt her at all, just made her hungry for more; like a good bitch. I've never grown Ice, before, I was gifted a seed 2 weeks ago that never cracked, so that is why I ordered the White Castle. I have never grown WW or Ice, but I've grown a few difficult strains already so I'm not too worried about it. I don't mind a heavy EC, I have so much extra fertilizers right now. It took me a long time to realize you only need to keep your plants green and happy to get super yields of super buds, you don't need any expensive super fertilizers on top of it. So if I get to use all the parts of my fertilizer regimen at full strength it will make me happy because I get to use this stuff before it loses it's pH balance.

I'm about to give away an entire House & Garden Aqua Flakes line up to a friend out by the shore. Well, not an entire line up, minus roots excelurator, algen extract, and Top Booster, I'm not rich. Lol.

I pulled down about 4 zips from the Ice plant, probably one of my best yeilds of quality nugs to date from one plant. She definitely responded very well to all of her training. The El Monstre is shaping up niiiiicely and I am more excited for this strain than I've ever been for one. She has a lovely odor and I absolutely can't wait to try her.

I had to give a couple mature females away this week I ran out of room from starting so many seeds at the same time, they're finally all coming around and my flower box is causing a bottleneck. I will get some pics of my flowering plants up soon, some are supercropped and LST'd and some are not. The 4 x 4 is jam packed full as hell under my 600, prolly time for a new bulb too.

Good job sir, you are a credit to us 600w growers. That plant took up a relatively small footprint and gave you 4 zips, that is a good job bro. Big fat heavy organic medicine, you probably don't have competition like that for 100 miles around you, not in Michigan. Not even the damn Canadians can compete with that. I am excited to grow this White Castle if it can give weight like that, the last plant I had that gave me 4oz was my Strawberry Cough/ C99 cross, which is a funky as fuck grower, but some extremely dank medicine. But funky as fuck to look at, like that Alien Bubba Cali Connections is doing. But please do post up some El Monstre, I'm dying to see.

Guess what: my seed arrived from Nirvana in 5 days. "Ship with sweets" is a good option when ordering seeds. That was fast as fuck, and no sign of being tampered with by customs. I am loaded the fuck up on genetics right now, I have White Berry, Grape Krush, White Castle, Chernobyl, Dairy Queen, Original Sour Diesel, and Jedi Kush. Looks like I wont be buying any clones for a while

I'm about to say fuck cloning and just go with fem seeds, straight up. THey are pricey but what's the big deal in the grand scheme of things. They add convenience like a mofo, plop them in and move along. I am transplanting some shit today, just moved the shackzilla from a 3 gallon to a 7 gallon to take root for flowering. I trained her up niiiiice. Will post pics soon when my cam battery charges. I'm totally digging on these generic tubtrugs from WalMart for my 7 gallon containers. 5 bucks and its easy drilling for LST and drainage.

Here are some pics of the Shackzilla and Hericules I transplanted today, supercropped and LST'd. They will be ready for flower in a couple weeks. Bigger than I like them but this damn bottleneck in my flower room is fucking me up. I will never do any 12 week strains again, I will be sticking to my 7-9 week strains. Pics in the red 7 gallon is Shackzilla, pics in the orange homer bucket is Hericules that was root bound as hell and water stressed twice this week lol. Hard to find time to garden int he summer working 70+ hours per week These girls are in Subcool's super soil and should be looking primo by the time flower comes around.

I think I might be trading an oz for a sweet as fuck DSLR that used to be real popular back when I was a camera salesmen. Well, it's sweet as fuck for someone who only took a 2 classes on it, I just want nice bud shots, lol. Anyways, point it, if I get that DSLR, I swear to god I will have a fucking textbook-worthy thread up by Sunday. Seriously dude, if I get a 900 dollar DSLR (4-5 years ago it was) for 180 dollars worth of pot, I'm going to shit my pants.

Do you think I should try and low ball with a half oz? We could laugh for months about it.

Haha, well I've been working with a lot of jews from west LA a lot in my real job, and they have taught me a few things. Working with a Jewish community when you have no Jewish blood is tough. So I automatically go for the low ball, because my own nature would give a very generous offer for it, but this is working out better.

She is thinking she wants a whole ounce, and more money, so I'm going to offer her just 75 bucks plus the ounce, lol. It's pretty sweet when you have factory direct prices on your pot, lol.

Good question, until my last few plants I did not trim the bottoms. Now I trim the bottoms during the first 2-3 weeks of flower as I continuously train them. I find it turns out better and the bottoms are not worth smoking anyways. You will still get some smaller hash buds and some popcorn, just less of it. Makes it easier to manage and water too. Per advice I got from a friend on here, maybe it was Jozi, trim until you feel like you've trimmed too much, then trim some more lol.

gotcha. another question why dont you scrog? what you do seems to go hand to hand with the setup for a scrog. you basically already do a scrog without a screen lol.
