yep, I like to have a candle burning, makes the lighters go even further, and you can hit parts of your bowl that would be easily missed by a lighter since it is incredibly easier to position the wick vs a lighter... and it tastes so much better and I swear I get higher than using a lighter flame...

the little bees wax helps the rope grip on the plants too so it doesn't slip.

I found the best deals on ebay. some people have auctions. I got lucky and won 200 feet for 3.45 with free shipping. it can be hit or miss. there is this dude selling a hemp wick holder that is made of plastic. wouldnt that melt?

I've used the Beeswax rope one, and I find that it burns my lungs... Seems to burn at a higher temp.

then I think you got a bad type honestly... have bee-lasso send you a free sample and see if it has the same effect... I find it to be much smoother and MUCH easier to hit than a lighter... I notice this especially when I smoke hash bowls...

like pops found, i found quite the opposite effect.


you could have had a bad batch. the flame from the wax hemp wick i found is cooler than the flame of a bic.
