Need help,

Hey I'm a newb, juust started growing. I germinated two seeds already, and six others on the way. Because I live in Scranton,PA, I need to keep it inside, and atm I have it in my bedroom. The two seeds already have the small white stem growing out of it, and I have it in soil with a CFL bulb, which is basically a lamp I have on its side, at an elevated area, warped in tin foil around the pot with the two seeds in it. I've been looking things up for a while, and I think I've fucked up too much already, so if yuu other stoners are as kind to help me out through my first plant, I would be soo-very happy :D

Here's a quick tip - If you live in a non MMJ friendly state don't tell everybody which city you live in.
Not just stoners on here ya know.

Well, for starters the tin foil is a poor choice for reflective material - get some panda film or just some cardboard panels painted flat white.
You will not need to feed them for a couple weeks so don't try that, & you should put a fan on them (very gently) to strengthen the stems.
Do not over water, wait until the upper 1/2" or so of dirt begins to dry out before you water again.
Damn, there is more - head up to the forum section & start reading, you have a lot you need to absorb to be successful.
