I will without hesitation file a law suite against the state for my doctor fee and my registration fee if they do not wanna reconize Dr.Bobs methods.

keep in mind-

super majority. is the state legislature on holiday now also?

your rep lives near you. visit him/her personally. let them know this will NOT be tolerated.

These: HB 4661 and SB 504 I only take issue with the mention of "Church" and "House of Worship". IMHO Religious organizations should not be given special treatment. Other than that I'm ok with them.

There's a couple others I'm ok with, but most are horrible.

so, in reality how possible is it for all these bills to actually go through? which ones do you THINK will and wont? why? and what % of votes need to be in favor of the bill to pass? how many people are voting? im quite confused on this whole situation and whether or not this is something to be worried about and what i can personally do to stop it

Well there is a little to be worried about. All of the card mills and young people getting cards when they really didn't qualify for one AND the dispensaries with neon marijunana signs making headlines for selling to non cardholders have outrages a lot of the public. The AG and certain others have taken advantage of all of this bad press. They need a 75% majority vote. SOme of these bills will probably get passed. Hopefully not the ones like "only 10 facilities allowed to grow" and "no patient to patient transfers" and a few others don't get passed. A couple of them arent so bad. But if Senators are blindly voting on these ammendments without knowing what they really mean it could be bad..... You can email the State Senate and Reps as a good start, if you need a link to a mass mailer I can give you one. You can also show up in Lansing on Sept 7 with all your friends, we need as many people there as possible.... Thousands!

I too am confused with alot of what is going on. One minute I am free in a sense and the next minute it sounds like I'll be growing most of em out in the woods again. We need the law amended but we do not need the law raped.

It's so true.. It's sad how being able to grow a few plants at home without having to worry about being raided by a swat team gives you such a sense of freedom.. Just goes to show you actually love what you are doing.

Yeah I didn't mean it in a bad way... I guess I meant, we shouldn't have to grow a few plants in our basement to be entitled to a sense of freedom. When in reality, it does give that feeling, because it is something we love to do. People that are into it for other reasons probably do not get that. Gahh I know what I meant... I'll be damned if I can voice it correctly though.
