10 day old plant

my 10 day old plant is about 4.5 inches, I keep it outside during the day and inside for it's night cycle and supplemental light. (3 cfls)

What do I need to be doing now? It's almost done with it's 3rd real leaf set.
I plan on re-potting it later today so I could use some opinions on that too.

i would let it get a little taller before you transplant...letting it form a solid root base to transfer into bigger pot. start thinking about nutrients in the next couple weeks but for now just distilled, pH corrected water.

also ive read a few places on here before saying switching from outside to inside everday isnt the best for the plant, might wanna look into that if you start experiencing any troubles

i would wait but the roots have already made it to the bottom of the pot it is in and it seems like a good time.
as for the nutrients do you have any suggestions on that?
i agree on the switching back and forth but no one has a definite answer and the temps outside and where it stays inside are about the same so it shouldnt stress it out.
